The operator clearly believes that you've engaged in arbitrage betting. Bearing in mind that this company likely owns a number of gambling operators, is it possible that they have sufficient evidence to support this assertion?

Which gambling operators do they own?I think they have an evidence because i spoke with askgamblers and they closed complaint as resolved not at my way.But i dont know what evidences they show so i couldnt counter prove that i am innocent.
Also still,even if they will prove it,they have no any rule,that they confiscate my own money,they clearly say,that they null bets,confiscate winnings and blocking account.If they null all bets,they will have mine 2500 euro on account,because i did not withdrawal and only deposited money.And i want them back.i dont need to unlock my profile or prove my innocence.I did not engaged in arbitrage betting,even if it happened,it was by issue,i just was betting bets from bet expert,that he posted in his group.i did not know that this is arbitrage bets and that i am violating something

Thanks for your response. Bluntly, the reality is that no gambling operator will willingly engage with players that can gain a mathematical edge over the house. Where you choose to play in this manner at a well regulated operator there are regulations and laws put in place to protect your rights. When you choose to play with a unlicensed, or weakly licensed, gambling operator, as you have, if you play in a manner that the operator finds inappropriate you will have very little recourse.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf  to discuss your deposits the chances of a successful mediation are low.

I didnt play with mathematical edge,i just made bets,what they are thinking its only their opinion.alse i would never play at casino like this,but i see everywhere high ratings and almost 0 bad reviews thats why i tried it.thank you for help me,also i contacted regulator but it doesnt responds to me .Anyway,thanks for help,just i couldt counterprove what bookmaker thinks but they didnt let me a chance.also i think i didnt register at casinos that related to dozenspins.i just want my deposit back or atleast half of it

We do not view the terms with which Dozen Spins has based its actions to be sufficient in this instance but no longer feel that there's any reasonable chance of reaching a resolution.

The reality is that you've chosen to play with a weakly licensed operator and that means that when things go wrong you have very little recourse.

I deposited at all amount 2500 euro,i lost a lot of my money,but when i start winning and requested for first withdrawal,my account was blocked and they accused me at things that i didnt do and never knew what is this accusation.Even if they can somehow prove their occusation,they have not any rule at their rules that they can take my own,deposited money.I am speaking not about money,that i won,i speaking about my own money that i deposited.They nulled all bets,so on account now are my 2500 own euro,and they are not paying it and have any rules to confiscate it.This is fraud and theft.They are not answering to me on email.Account fully verified.
