Both the submitting complainant and John Vegas Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

This complaint is for John Vegas casino you guys don’t have this casino listed.  
 I want to warn the online slot community not to play at johnvegas casino. 
 I just completed my welcome bonus wager I cashed out the remaining funds and they cancelled it telling me I had to play my funds 3 times the amount before I cash out I told them I’ve completed my wager this isn’t a raw deposit that you have to play three times before you cash out. They kept emailing the same answer I got frustrated and beyond confused I gave in yesterday and played my fund three times the amount. Then I requested another cash out and this morning once again they said I had to play my funds three times before I cash out. So obv this is a scam now they’re not paying me I really can’t believe how low class this casino is. I hope no one has to deal with this situation I’m in 
 Stay away from this casino !!!!
