Your balance hasn't been 'played out' it's been voided. You accepted a No Deposit Bonus that had a maximum allowed win of $300. You then withdrew the $300. Before this was processed you cancelled the $300 and mixed with with a small deposit and continued to play. But the maximum you were allowed to withdraw from funds associated with that No Deposit Bonus was $300. At the point where you reversed this withdrawal you placed yourself in a no win situation as you would never have been allowed to withdraw more than the $300.

Alongside this, the UKGC are only responsible for UK players. As a South African citizen they cannot help you.

Sorry to say they are under new management and they went from a very respected casino to one we no longer recommend. The new management does not respond to our complaints and at this time there is nothing we can do. This is a complaint agins high noon casino on how people are cheated.
 
I am a 29 Year old male from South Africa that was retrenched in February and due to the fact that i have got cancer is struggeling to get other employment as the company i was retrenched at was i one of the share holders so the cancer was not a problem to work with it and i could go to hospital any time. Takeing a big financial lost i desided to try and generate an income via online gameing as i love to play the slots.
 
I was interdused ti HIGH NOON CASino by i friend and said ok lets try it. I received $60 dollar no deposit max cash out $300 AFTER WAGERING WAS MET.  I did it and requested$300 withdrawel i was helped by john to start the verivication stage.
 
Next i made a deposit of $35 dollar because i can not afford any more and $35 dollar for South Africans is a lotso got a bonus of $70 and played the wagering required....almost lost everthing and cancelled my $300 cash out and started playing with it and made $17000 i decided to withdrwel $10000 so long as this wil help me financialy.

tried logging in to my account no acces after long struggel reseted my pasword and loged in  all withdrawels is cancelled and played out....this was not done by me as i will never play out $10000 as this is almost  120000 in south africa and i was happy i had this money to pay for unforseen bills now this money is gone  u can take my laptop trace it etc and wil see i was not playing today nor did i cancell my withdrawels after this morning. Sorry to say they are under new management and they went from a very respected casino to one we no longer recommend. The new management does not respond to our complaints and at this time there is nothing we can do. I wish I had better news for you about your money but all as I can say is to keep trying to contact them.

Firstly Curacao eGaming and Gaming Curacao are different Master License Holders. If you are looking to speak to the High Noon's regulator you need to contact Gaming Curacao here - info@gaming-curacao.com.

Secondly, you need to understand that you've already contacted several different groups about this issue and High Noon have been non-responsive. High Noon casino are Blacklisted here and they're not likely to take a different approach with us. The chances of us receiving any response is low. Nevertheless, I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out.

I've spoken to High Noon casino about this issue. I can see that they've emailed you the requested IP logs on the 23/06.

The IP logs show an IP address on the Internet Service Provider as you use to log into this site located in South Africa logging in to to play repeated sessions over the 7/6 and 8/6 and the balance dropping from nearly $16k to less than $2k.

I realise that you are likely to contest the veracity of the IP records, but at this point there's nothing further that we can do. Their logs match the format of the logs we've seen from this group in other cases and there's no obvious sign of tampering. At this stage we would be forced to conclude that the operator is right and if you did not play these funds away yourself, someone used your details to play.

I've also looked into the news reports of the storm in Cape Town over the days in question. I'm afraid to say that after reviewing dozens of articles on the issue I didn't find a single piece mentioning any widespread power outages and while there were some evacuations, these only represented around 2% of the population of Cape Town. In short, these reports wouldn't be enough in themselves for us to establish that you could not have accessed your account.

While I'm not saying you've done anything wrong here and you may be telling the truth regarding not having played your funds away, the evidence that's available does support the operator's stated position in this case. As such there's nothing further we can do to support you.

 This is a complaint against High Noon casino on how people are cheated.
 
 I am a 29 Year old male from South Africa that was retrenched in February and due to the fact that i have got cancer is struggling to get other employment as the company i was retrenched at was i one of the share holders so the cancer was not a problem to work with it and i could go to hospital any time. Taking a big financial lost i decided to try and generate an income via online gameing as i love to play the slots.
 
 I was introduced to HIGH NOON Casino by a friend and said ok lets try it. I received $60 dollar no deposit max cash out $300 AFTER WAGERING WAS MET. I did it and requested $300 withdrawal i was helped by [EDIT] to start the verification stage.
 
 Next i made a deposit of $35 dollar because i can not afford any more and $35 dollar for South Africans is a lot so got a bonus of $70 and played the wagering required....almost lost everything and cancelled my $300 cash out and started playing with it and made $17000 i decided to withdraw $10000 so long as this will help me financially.

 then i received this email and something told me this is not right see cashier attachment 2
 
 tried logging in to my account no access after long struggle reset my password and logged in all withdrawals is cancelled and played out....this was not done by me as i will never play out $10000 as this is almost 120000 in south africa and i was happy i had this money to pay for unforseen bills now this money is gone u can take my laptop trace it etc and will see i was not playing today nor did i cancel my withdrawals after this morning. This is fraud and i'm going to tweet facebook casino review etc till my funds is back in my account i did not received the money i had to play long and hard to lose it like this.
 
 As you can see the uk gambling board is in the email as well im going big tomorrow if this is not resolved and will make sure high noon casino wont get any more players
