As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. iWin Fortune does not hold a UKGC license and as such is breaking UK law by accepting your custom. This is the second time you've submitted a complaint to this service about an unlicensed gambling operator.

I have to let you know that is 7 weeks since my withdrawal submited and still not been processed and yesterday i found out that my access to the site is denied  without any reason or message state why…

I think is impossible to reach them as my complaint on casinoguru.com ended with same reason as they tried to contact them with no answer from theyre side…my complaint is closed on theyre website with reason that the casino didnt answer them…is any posibility to go forward to any organisation that can deal with this problem and to be able to get my money and shut down this casino as they are a completly scam?

I know…they not answering to any of my emails or live chat…what i can do further?how can i stop them doing this?how can they still be online after all those being scamming people?where i can find relevant help about my issue?i cannot just leave it like this…it is my money and i want to get them back

If we knew of other options you could try we would already have suggested them. Sadly, you have (again) chosen to play with an unlicensed gambling operator. When you play with illegal gambling operators you have very little recourse if you run into trouble.
