Jonny Jackpot inform us that you have already lodged your complaint with their UK ADR eCOGRA. As such we will be stepping back from this issue to allow eCOGRA to manage the claim.

This complaint is being addressed by another ADR. As such we will take no further part in the management of this claim.

I signed up to jonny jackpot without any issues They were happy to take my £400. I won a little over £5000 on a bonus round with my cash and withdrew a total of £5359, all of which was from my cash balance.
 I received an email a few hours later stating I had broken a large portion of terms. Nothing specific. I am certain that I did not break any of the terms in question and winning with cash means I couldn't break any of their bonus terms even.
 I am very unhappy with their abuse of terms and would not recommend anyone to play on any white hat gaming platform.
