KinBet is now claiming via email that "no account is associated with my email address" and asking for "data confirmation".

This is demonstrably false and in bad faith:

1. I am currently logged into KinBet account with balance 2600.01€
2. Withdrawal 1500€ pending since 07/05/2026 15:58, Transaction ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
3. Live Chat operators Marcello, Gemma, Nicol all accessed my account on 20-21/05/2026
4. Operator Gemma confirmed via chat 20/05/2026 that KYC is 100% complete and "you can withdraw"

This is deliberate obstruction to avoid payment of 4100.01€ in violation of T&C art. 6.15.

Screenshot attached. They clearly have my email and are actively targeting me to gamble, while my €1,100 withdrawal is still blocked and live chat is disabled.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Kinbet Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Withdrawal ID:▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇requested on 07/05/2026 for 500€ to Revolut.
Status stuck on "Verifica in corso" for 13 days.

Support says no verification is needed but cannot provide payment date.
They only reply "very soon", "final phase", "cross fingers" since 07/05/2026.

I gave deadline 23/05/2026 18:00 CET which was ignored.
