Both the submitting complainant and Skol Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Hello.
This casino is not paying the won moneys after following the welcome bonus rules.
I have contacted them now many times, only thing I have gotten is to answer their given email sent on 2.5.2024
That I have answered and sent all needed documents, after it, been in contact with their customer support via chat.
They been telling to just wait and they'll get back to me.
So far not a single one of them has answered me. Can you please help me on this matter.

They are refusing to do anything and it's already 37 days since they should atleast ask for right documents etc.

Below all their emails they've sent to me. And I have answered to both. Still waiting for them to pay the money
