Before I go any further, I'm afraid that you have violated the terms and conditions at Slotty Vegas casino. Specifically:
"5.6 In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of Slotty Vegas. Slotty Vegas may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person."As such the casino is within their rights to close your accounts and void any winnings associated with them.
While I understand that you may have broken this rule by accident, at the time both you and your brother-in-law signed up you agreed to the terms and conditions.
I may be able to change the operator's mind about this but this will be dependent on what activity has taken place on the 2 accounts. Has your brother-in-law received any form of promotions? Free spins, no deposit bonuses or deposit bonuses? If you've both received any form of promotion there's no possibility that the operator will change their mind.
If you haven't both claimed promotions and you'd like me to speak to them I need to know the username and email address you use at Slotty Vegas and what country you live in.

hi I did play on the side and win money 1000 pound and they won't pay me mine money what I win because my brother in law try to register on the webside as well and we didn't know that we canot register both of us and they block are account and they don't want pay me money so we are making complain on the slottyvegas.com if you want we can send you are id that we live to family on the same address just i want get my money they should pay me on monday they close even chat on us they don't want even talk to us about the issue what we have with them.
