I've spoken at length with Slotty Vegas regarding this issue and I see problems with the actions that both sides have taken.            

You accepted a no deposit free spin bonus with a maximum allowed win of £200.Upon completing the wagering requirement for this bonus you had £500 in your account. Naturally this would result in £200 being yours and £300 being void as per the terms of the free spin bonus.     

This is where things get messy. At this point, rather than withdrawing your funds you chose to make a minimum deposit (£25). I've discussed this with Slotty Vegas and this wasn't required to activate a withdrawal method. So we reach the question of <b>why</b> would you make such a deposit? It wasn't required to activate your withdrawal method. You continued to play at stakes small enough that the £200 balance you really had, never mind the £500 balance that was actually present in your account once you include the funds that were due to be voided, would have been more than ample to continue playing. The only conclusion that I can draw is that you made this deposit in an attempt to confuse the system in the hopes that you'd be allowed to withdraw the full balance rather than only the £200 you were entitled to.

That's disingenuous. This sort of shot taking results in more and more complex bonus terms having to be added that damage the experience of users that are prepared to play within the terms and conditions. I completely understand why Slotty Vegas will not send out a message that this kind of attitude will be accepted at their casinos by directly paying you.

That said Slotty Vegas aren't entirely right here either. The winnings generated after your deposit were a result of play with a real balance. While your starting balance may have been £525, it was to all intents and purposes £225 (remembering the £300 due to be voided). All of this was legitimately your funds. Had you wagered and lost more than £225 at ANY point during your play I would have argued that you were entitled to nothing (as you would have had to use void funds to continue play). This didn't happen. You continued to play and ended up winning money with the £225 in your account that was actually yours.

The result of this is that while your actions were clearly intended to extract more than you were rightfully due, there was nothing specifically prohibiting what you did and as such there's no mathematical reason for your winnings not to be valid.

This being the case ThePOGG.com will be returning your winnings directly. You need to provide me with PayPal details in YOUR name. Once I've received this I'll make a transfer of £270 to you.

From a personal perspective I'm somewhat loathed to do this. What you were trying wasn't smart or skilled play, it was simply an attempt to deceive an automated system and not one that was ever going to work at any casino that has a half decent security team.

As the rules did not specifically prohibit the action taken (they do now) I can't support the non-payment of this player, but after lengthy discussion with Slotty Vegas I can fully sympathise with their need to make clear that this sort of boarder line 'find any possible loophole' approach has to be discouraged. As such an agreement has been reached and I'll be taking no further action against Slotty Vegas or their associated properties.

Despite several requests player Igorek has failed to and finally refused to provide payment details that match the name or address on their playing account. 

This creates two basic issues;

1) As this would be an expense that the site is paying, for tax reasons I need to be able to show that the payment ties back to the complaint.

2) That the player simply cannot provide details that match there own (the closest address they'd give was nearly 100km away from the address tied to their player account) is highly concerning in itself. This suggests that this account is being operated by someone other than the named account holder.

For the above reasons we will not be issuing this payment to this player and will be closing this complaint in favour of the casino.
