I've attached all the confirmation from 1win casino as PDF and also 1win officially accepting their mistake followed by a copy of complaint addressing their violation on their gaming license terms

If they are still sticking to the wrong update which is not even justified by any proof (as per July 23rd I have won only 10 1win coins) they are escaping from the official confirmation even after July 23rd by their own manager and agents  .

The email team also addressed after July (even on December) that the issue is noted and ll be addressed.kindly break their silence on the confirmation of bitcoin given after July 23rd

Respected Casino Reviews team I have attached a  list of proofs covering the chats and proof of 1win casino confirmation of my BTC win multiple times by different agents.


They have given a wrong and false update on July 23rd .The update was totally wrong and misleading without any proper explanation because there was no transparency and mismatching to their own confirmation from their own 1win agents and personal manager of 1win.



To another fact , the confirmation that my account has won BTC was given19 times after their said update on July 23update that I had won only 10 1 win coins.



After this claim as a wrong information;1win casino had sent an official mail that this issue is concerned and forwarded and I ve sent them all the agents name;date; and messages of confirmation .



I ll attach the proofs focused on their confirmation of my bitcoin win and the confusion they are creating by their ambiguous behaviour.

Dear Casino Reviews team 🙏please make them answer for what they officially confirmed multiple times very clearly and precisely with my name mentioned for my bitcoin win (almost 59 officially confirmed messages from many agents)and even my 1win personal manager also did the same confirmation and i was promised to be credited with btc as their team is working to credit it to my account. After 7 months of wait immediately they took back their own multiple official confirmation of my winnings and cheated me irrespective of official confirmation by their own team and manager and ignored the words which came from their own team with no proper reasoning for the continuous promises and guarantees of my bitcoin win credit which is a clear sense of malpractice and denial of justice with a thought that a single person won't make a big difference in their goodwill


This injustice must be looked into by platforms like you🙏so that they must hesitate and do justice ♎ to the players who are left behind like me

Dear casino reviews team ; today 11feb 2026 I had a convo with the chat support of 1win regarding the pending bitcoin credit  which had been confirmed by their own official 1win team and managers .

They have literally skipped to give the explanation for the official confirmation of my bitcoin win given my multiple agents and managers for my account .

They also are demanding something which was already accepted as unfair and not mentioned anywhere

Please kindly check the chats where they try to escape from answering my questions and closing the chat while talking

They are also denying which they confirmed before that too without no valid reason .

How can such injustice Happen?

Is there no one to voice out for us ?

My only hope is you

Finally they also accepted that they have never said such requirement but stop denying to give my bitcoin which was confirmed officially , even after accepting that it is their mistake.

”So what ? we are sorry , mistake is ours but we can’t give what you won”

Very unfair behavior and invalid reason to deny my bitcoin win by 1win is attached below

Finally  I’m adding the pointless and immature reply from the chat support of 1win which clearly shows the wrong intentions to deny the won prize keeping the mistake on their end

Proofs for 1win saying no screenshots needed as it is unfair to ask it without mentioning and also confirmed the Win manually

1win had accepted that it is the mistake of the casino failing to provide transparency of the records and lack of proper information to take a screenshot in order to get the win prize from spin wheel as it was not a requirement for other winnings to be credited .

They also added that it is absolutely wrong to ask something without information provided

Along with this acceptance; they also added that my bitcoin win was checked manually and after that they have clearly confirmed my bitcoin win many times with no space for doubt

Now; they are asking apology for their mistake but again not ready to give the already officially confirmed bitcoin won by me and irrelevantly asking the same unsaid screenshot requirement to credit the winnings.

If The screenshot is so important;then they should have mentioned it properly .

The screenshot is just for a confirmation of my win as said by them; but I have got it officially confirmed of my bitcoin win already many times.

Then why are they ignoring and cheating to credit my won bitcoin??

Please update me and help me get justice

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact 1win Casino to discuss this issue we have received no relevant response from the operator.

My 1win gaming account with ID 54715166 was declared as a Bitcoin win in June 2025, but despite multiple clear confirmations from 1win, the prize has still not been credited. The win occurred between midnight of June 20 and around 2:00 a.m. on June 21, 2025, while I was using 1win from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

After this win, I received many confirmations from 1win’s official channels. Through live chat support, several agents, including Aarya, Anisha, Marina and James, congratulated me, confirmed my win and stated that the team was working to credit the amount. My personal manager at 1win, named Diksha, also confirmed my Bitcoin win in WhatsApp chats, with her number visible in the screenshots, and told me that the win would be credited shortly but that it was only delayed because the amount was huge. I have documented all these messages as proof, including the agents’ names, IDs and my gaming ID mentioned along with the confirmations, and I have saved all of these chats as screenshots and PDF files.

In email, they initially wrote that the issue would be resolved and that I should not worry, but after that they stopped responding and ignored me.. On July 23, they suddenly informed me that I had not won one Bitcoin but only 10 1win coins, without providing any proper proof or explanation for this change. However, even after this date, I still have clear written confirmations from 1win in August, on September 18 and on November 25 that again state I have won the Bitcoin, and they are now refusing to answer or explain why they are not honouring these later confirmations. They also tried to demand additional conditions that were never mentioned anywhere for this win or for my previous wins, and I find it very unfair that they now try to impose new requirements after the fact.

I consider this behaviour to be cheating and extremely unfair. My expectation from 1win is simple: I want them to honour their own written confirmations and immediately credit the full Bitcoin win that they officially confirmed multiple times, without adding new or unjustified conditions. I have screenshots and screen recordings from my login into my account through to the official 1win chats clearly confirming my Bitcoin win, and if they refuse to accept these official proofs from their own system, I do not understand on what logic they can accept separate Bitcoin screenshots that they never even mentioned in the first place
