 My name is [EDIT], I have had a dispute with the above mentioned casino where I cashed out 6,400 gbp but they have only returned my deposit of 100gbp.
 
 They advised I broke their terms in playing roulette as stated in their terms and conditions...I read this in the terms and obeyed it in the sign up offer...however I was offered a reload bonus on the account which entailed unlimited deposits of 150gbp to receive 100% each time I deposited, before depositing for the first time I was liasing with the chat rep who was preparing the bonus I had the conversation about the terms and the rep advised I was ALLOWED to play roulette at any time, I reminded the rep that the terms stated that I was unable to play this until the wagering was complete....the rep again corrected me and said I was allowed to play roulette but it just wouldn't count towards the wagering requirement...I understand the terms but I feel I was completely confused and given misleading information by a supposedly expert on the Tropez chat team, as far as I was concerned the terms and conditions were for the sign up offer and when I was offered this reload bonus I presumed different terms were on that as is the case with a lot of other casinos..ie the reload allowing me to play roulette like the rep advised on more than one occasion.
 
 I have not just deposited 150gbp for this win but collectively I must have deposited about 2500gbp before I cashed out winnings...I have proof of the chat message attached.

 I took a "double the double" bonus at mooregames. It meant that they double the winning odds if both German teams will win their first semifinal matches in UCL. I bet 55€ for odds 5,1 and won thus 562€. T&amp;C claimed that I have to wager 2 times my winnings and wager. However I placed several bets and wagered 1122€. Then I asked support if I have met wagering requirements. (I was unsure if I have wager just 1122€ or 1232€). However the support said that I have to wager 110€ more. Since then I was unable to place any bets due to "technical error" that occurred every time I tried to open sportsbook. It is weird because when I was not logged in I was able to load their sportsbook page but when I logged in, the error occurred every time. In addition the error occurred at every computer and browser I tried to open their sportsbook. I tried to place bets from four different computer and a couple of browsers but the error occurred every time when I was logged in. When logged out, sportsbook worked normally every time. Because of that I contacted Moore Games` technical support that said that the problem is with me and that their servers are working normally. The only assistance they said was that I have to wait until the problem has disappeared itself. Due to that I was unable to wager that 110€ that was needed to fulfill my wagering requirement and after a couple of days they have took 893€ (bonus and winnings) from my account according to their bonus rules.
 
 I have consulted a couple of gambling forums and communities and they have said that this case is strange. I have pictures in my computer providing the error that occurred when I was logged in and that prevented me to place any bets. Here is a comment I got from AskGamblers and they are saying that the error is not with me:
 
 "I consult my colleagues and they said that the error is not with you. This is what he said:" According to the messages they have JavaScript errors in the code, it tries to communicate between iframes, because of security browser does not allow that. How come this is happening to him, and not others, I do not know, maybe to try to use another browser or asks in a forum or somewhere for help."
 
 All in all. If the this "technical error" is not my fault. Is there any way to get my money back somehow? I did not wagered enough in 5 days but without this problem I would have been easily able to wager that 110€ that was left towards wagering requirements. I have also pictures providing that I was unable to open their sportsbook when logged in but when not logged in, the sportsbook worked normally. Hopefully someone of you could give assistance with this issue.

The story is:
 I've made my registration and my deposit at 17/04/2013.
 After playing according their terms of bonus and completing much more of the wagering requirements i had 24.000 euro balance.
 After 2 days i noticed that my account had 0 balance, and ask the support team.
 They answer that i had play not allowed games for this reason my account will 0.
 I am sure that i had play on allowed games, such as Hitman , thunderstack slots and then after checking their site they had removed these games.
 They changed their site and removed these specific slots at 22/04/2013, and after they sent the email to me.
 I replied to reconsider their decision but no answer until now.

I signed up at gala casino and received an email saying deposit bonus of 200% the email said to receive bonus simply log into your casino account and make a deposit and a pop up message will appear just click on accept. Around Christmas last year Intercasino e-mailed me offers with codes for both Intercasino.Com and Intercasino.Co.Uk as they have done so for a long time. I entered the code first at Intercasino.Co.Uk but received no bonus as it was some kind of cash back offer (so you need to lose to qualify). I deposited £1000 and got lucky turning my balance into £7300 without the use of any bonuses - just my own hard earned cash. At this point I had not entered any other codes or the same code here or anywhere else. So I won, end.
 
 Being on a roll I thought I would try my luck at Intercasino.Com next and deposited $1000. I entered the same code they personally offered to me.  There was no bonus at this point either and I lost my cash. At a later date they offered me another code to be used only at Intercasino.Com. This code would release a cashback payment of $200.00 into my account. I duly obliged and the bonus appeared. I lost it. They sent me the code so I guess it was ok to use it.
 
 Now Intercasino have taken the winnings from Intercasino.Co.Uk saying that I used the same code in 2 of their casinos which is a break of their terms and conditions. This means money won fairly and squarely in a caisno has been taken back because I subsequently entered a few digits in a box at a different casino at a later date. 
 
 So it doesn't matter what it says in their terms about using the same code in 2 of their casinos because all of this was done without bonus money. Not to mention the fact I won in the first casino I played at.

Intercasino Cashback bonus issue

Play2Win engaged fully with the mediation process. The player's evidence did not stand up to cross checking of key facts.

This case has been marked as Found for the Casino - both parties engaged fully with the mediation process and anomalies were discovered on cross checking the facts in the player's submissions.
 
 On approx 1/4/2013 I tried making my first deposits at Play2Win casino. The first, for $50, was rejected. The second, for $50 was accepted.
 
 Checking my bank statement I saw that both deposits were debited from my acct. On approx. 1/7/2013 I filed a claim at my bank for one $50 deposit.(stop payment). On 1/8/2013 I submitted a withdrawal for $800 and sent the required identification and three deposit verification papers.
 
 I requested the funds be sent via wire to my bank acct. When that did not happen I contacted support and was told my bank would not accept the wire. I contacted my bank and was given a "international" routing number and then gave it to support. When no funds were deposited I contacted support again and was told that my bank would not accept the wire again. I was told to open a PayPal acct. and was assured that the funds would be put into it within two days. That never happened.
 
 I attempted to contact support via email, telephone and "live chat" numerous times without success. Then upon attempting to log in my acct. was blocked. I contacted "live Chat" through my brothers acct. and was told that I had stopped a deposit of $50 and because of that, my acct. was closed and my withdrawal on hold.
 
 I went over every deposit made to the casino and found that on 1/4/2013 they showed only one $50 deposit (my acct shows two). On 1/17/2013 the casinos records shows one $50 deposit ( my bank statement does not show it).
 
 I was told to reverse my claim to release my withdrawal. Knowing I did not owe them the disputed $50 yet the deposit in their records on 1/17/2013 brought the total amount up to as if I did owe them the extra $50. In order to release my $800 I agreed to reverse my claim and give them the extra $50.
 
 Still nothing happened and they would not communicate with me at all.
 
 I contacted E at "Casino Listings" and he spoke with BPP REP (*******@bestpaypartners) who said they would not pay out and added that I was untrustworthy and attempted to fraud them and other casinos. I posted a reply at "Casino Listings" on the original thread in the complaint forum.
 
 Since then I received a email from SK (Play2Win casino manager) on 2/19/2013 stating that my withdrawal would be processed when they get verification that my claim had been cancelled. I sent them copies of my bank statements, letter from my bank confirming the canceled claim and still no response or money. I then received a email requesting verification of all deposits made at the casino which I returned to them.
 
 3/26/2013 and still they will not answer any communication attempts and will not honor a legitimate withdrawal.
  It's pretty sad seeing they will rip a customer off for, to them, is such a small amount of money.

I have had an account with Boyle since 2008. On the 3rd of April they selected me and e-mailed me with a big casino bonus offer. I guess they thought they could take some money off me assuming me to be a mug punter. I didn't seek this bonus they took it into my house via email. I decided to take the gamble and over the next few days lost several thousand pounds. Whoever created the bonus and chose me must have been really smiling.
 
 But then I got lucky and turned a £350 deposit into £4467. I read the terms and conditions and adhered to them. I was shocked when they confiscated my winnings. They said I built my funds on low risk games and strategies. Except, I didn't. I was playing roulette and was betting my entire balance on just a few numbers each spin. The first spin covered just 5 of 37 numbers. Someone please tell me I haven't been teleported to OPPOSITE WORLD because unless my brain has turned to into scrambled egg this is clearly very high risk. NOT LOW RISK. Especially as I continued and gambled the whole balance again on a similar bet. 
 
 Quit while you are ahead! So I switched to slots but now it seems playing slots which counts 100% towards the wagering and has a huge house edge is a breach. I understand these terms are there to protect the casino but clearly in this case the casino is simply using the terms as a tool not to pay out winnings. Its good business for them. Boyle Casino not playing fair - everyone please read

Some missed payments to a customer resulted in a complaint. Payment schedule was then agreed and the customer received all funds that they were due.

After playing in DeuceClub Casino on jan 20th this year I finished with a balance of 7,200 Euros. They paid some of this but then things got tricky. I was frequently advised to change the withdrawal method so cancelled and resubmitted a few times. My last withdrawal being submitted on Feb 22 for the remaining 4,700 Euros (the original withdraw was Jan 20th).
 
 This is now 2 and a half months later and I have waited longer at other casinos but this time the casino is being very awkward. They have stopped telling me things such as "you WILL be paid by Saturday" and will absolutely not give a date. They say "anything is possible".
 
 More than 1 of their agents tells me I will be paid if I play some more in the casino. So if you keep playing you will be paid but if you stop playing then you stop getting paid. Of course, this means play until you lose or you will not be paid your final withdrawal.
 
 Maybe I should have given this place a miss when they started sending me roulette systems in my email.

Moore Games - slow pay missing balance

An issue with a disappearing balance was quickly resolved and the funds were returned to the player after Platinum Play was contacted by ThePOGG.com.

My complaint refers to Platinum Play casino.
 
 On 28.09. 2012 I have deposited 600 euro. After playing at the casino that day my balance was 2000 euro. I mention I didn't receive any bonus for my deposit. I have tried to withdraw the money 2 days later. The money returned to my casino balance, as the casino requested documents from me: a copy of an utility bill and ID which I have sent. Since than I have not received any response from the casino regarding my documents or account.
 
 On 28.03.2013 I have logged in to the casino to withdraw the money but all the money were gone. When I checked the account history to see what happened with my money I was surprised to find out that on 27.03.2013 at 5:13:35 PM I had 2000 euro in my balance and on 27.03.2013 at 5:13:35 PM ( at exact time) my balance was 0. When I entered the "view" tab to see what games were played the message: "you did not play any games in this Login Session" appeared. I have print screens to prove this.
 
 I have contacted the casino support and asked them what happened with my money and they responded that the money were confiscated "due to outstanding verification documents". 
 They have asked now photos with me holding the documents  next to my face,  which I did. They have asked for an utility bill different from Orange ( an Orange bill I have sent them in the first place) so it is clear that they have received my e-mail with documents. I will send them other bills, no problem.
 
 The reason for which I have contacted "The pogg" is to make sure that no abuse it is made during this argument with the casino and to kindly ask you to assist me in this process. 
 
 Another reason for confiscating my money was: "Since your account has been dormant for over three months it has been locked and the funds in the account have been frozen". 
 
 First of all a casino cannot confiscate money because a player did not play for 3 months. Second of all I think that the casino should have notified me that I have funds into my casino account and the funds will be confiscated if I don't play or at least notify me that my funds were confiscated. Not to wait and hope that the player never notices. Third of all, if the reason was "outstanding documents" they should have asked for more documents from me as I am willing to give them anything they want. They did not notify me and confiscated the money instead.

 I never received any email updating me the status, I have checked with the casino customer service, and I were informed that the withdrawal was pending processed by their payment agent, I ask her when can the withdrawal validate (as normal processing time is only 96 hours) and she said she can't confirm and ask me to wait until the payment agent email me to confirm withdrawal validated.

Riva Poker - Withdrawal pending processed for more than 13 days

Poker 770 responded quickly to our communication and resolved the payment issue quickly albeit via a different payment method to the players preference.

 I have made a deposit by Neteller and made a withdrawal back to Neteller too, but the casino requested for ID document and utility bill in order to validate my account, however, after I sent my Identity Card and accepted by them, they switched my Neteller withdrawal to wire transfer. As I have to bear for currency exchange losses and service charges for wire transfer charged by my bank, I request them to transfer the withdrawal back to my Neteller account, but they insisted that they will only wire transfer my withdrawal due to security reasons, I ask them what is the security reason about and will my future withdrawal will also make through wire transfer, they said they cannot inform me the security reason and also they can't guaranteed that my future Neteller withdrawal will not switched again.

I played in the casino in June-August 2011, when Neteller had a promotion that they give you a percentage of each transaction made into a casino. I made large deposits and played it through, which does not go against any terms on their site. Intercasino without any warning decided to charge me for all their charges incurred from my deposits, which they claimed added to £12125, which they removed from my Ecash account.
 
 They claimed they are entitled to make good on their losses, which makes no sense, as I played through with the deposit, and they have no term anywhere that says they will charge for depsoits and withdrawals.
 
 Now to put the nail in the coffin, I have proof that they put in a claim to Neteller, and were refunded in full all their charges, however they are still refusing to payout the £12125, eventhough I did not break any terms and conditions, besides for the reason they took my money was to make good any losses, however they had no losses, as Neteller refunded them in full.
 

Intercasino have unfairly confiscated my money

Rey 8 changed their name to Planet Kings casino, failed to pay a player and refused to communicate with us about the issue. All in a casino to avoid.

During last summer I was playing in a Playtech casino named Rey8.  I made 2 withdrawals, one at the end of May for £800 and one a few months later for approximately £1500.
 
 A notarized ID to Paragon in the Philippines was requested and duly sent by registered delivery.  They claimed it never arrived and Royal Mail tracking is only able to track it to the country and not to the door.  I had no choice but to give them the benefit of the doubt and prepared and sent another one.  Again they denied receiving it but I finally got one of the support team to personally make it his job to find it.  I think I hassled him so much he did this for me and confirmed they had it and it was verified.  This was played out over several months and with this confirmation I withdrew the balance which was approximately £1500.
 
 Again they asked for a notarized ID and I kept telling them they had it.  It was very tedious going over the whole story time and time again. 
 
 The next thing to happen was Rey8 telling me they are changing their name to Planetkings casino which they did.  So all my historic transactions can no longer be found in the new casino, hence my approximation of the second withdrawal.
 
 They do not reply to emails any more but I know they still receive them.  The same names were in the web-site chat pop-up for some time but they only ever said they will pass it on to the management team.  Now the chat on the web-site is never manned and the chat within Planetkings casino itself is met with denial of any knowledge of the situation.
 
 Rey8's web-site implied they were licensed in Curacao, I contacting info@curacao-egaming.com who said:
