Reviewing the Delta Bingo terms of use we can see the following:


> "15. vii. If you place a wager on casino with Bonus Funds and win at least $200, subject to the fulfilment of any wagering requirements, you will receive up to a maximum of $100 over the initial bonus amount granted to you, which was used to generate such winnings. By way of example, if you are granted $100 in Bonus Funds, and the winnings generated from such Bonus Funds on casino at the time of the fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements are $600, then ($100 + $100) will be transferred to your cash balance (i.e. the $100 bonus amount and $100 in winnings). Such limitation shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds means all the Bonus Funds and Free Spins that have not yet met the wagering requirement and any winnings associated with such Bonus Funds or Free Spins."


You were playing with a casino bonus, so the maximum you would ever have been transferred to your cash balance would have been $200 ($100 bonus amount and $100). As the bonus funds are non-withdrawable, that means you would be allowed to withdraw a maximum of $100.

Whilst we would certainly agree that the bonus program that Delta Bingo is offering players is not particularly attractive, they do appear to have adhered to the terms and conditions which you agreed to.

Is there something else that you'd like us to consider in relation to this matter?

Hello thank you for reviewing my complaint…. Can I ask how they can imply multiple other things then in their terms and conditions because that particular subsection made no sense when they had so many other terms ahead of that final one….. I can share them below if you don’t mind because this where I am not really understanding why they also have these terms above**15. a) i. ii. iii. iv. v. vi.** Than they want to use vii. As their reasons but all the terms and conditions above mean something competent opposite than what they did with regards to subsection**vii**.  Can you please review the terms and conditions I am including as attachments to ask further about these?



vii. Also states that when a player has over $600 in their bonus bank accumulated from bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement (subject to it states) they give the player

$100+$100 and also define “Bonus Funds” in this same paragraph. BONUS FUNDS MEAN all Bonus funds and free spins that HAVE NOT YET MET WAGERING REQUIREMENTS and any winnings derived from such bonus funds.



Please see the photos I have included that show their 15. BONUS POLICY TWRMS and CONDITIONS to help understand my case more fully…. I don’t understand why they would have to included these multiple other paragraphs before their only reasoning as to why they forced a forfeiture of $2000.

i) This term defines the difference between a bingo bonus and a casino bonus, stipulates that deposited funds will be used before bonus funds, and states that bonus funds are non-withdrawable. It does not contradict or conflict with vii).

ii) This term states that you can receive a bingo bonus, a casino bonus or both, depending on the terms of the relevant promotion. It does not contradict or conflict with vii).

iii) This term states that bonuses have wagering requirements and that wagers placed with deposited funds to not count towards the wagering requirements. It does not contradict or conflict with vii).

iv) This term lays out the standard wagering requirements associated with both bingo and casino bonuses if a different figure is not detailed in the promotion specific terms and conditions. It does not contradict or conflict with vii).

v) This term defines that any winnings from play will be held in the bonus balance until such time as the wagering requirements associated with the bonus are completed, at which point the "relevant winnings" (i.e. not all winnings) will be transferred to your cash balance. It does not contradict or conflict with vii).

vi) This term provides an expiry period within which you have to complete the wagering requirements otherwise the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. It does not contradict or conflict with vii).

Each of these terms covers rules separate to term vii).

With regard to the example provided it is as follows:

"By way of example, if you are granted $100 in Bonus Funds, and the winnings generated from such Bonus Funds on casino at the time of the fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements are $600, then ($100 + $100) will be transferred to your cash balance (i.e. the $100 bonus amount and $100 in winnings)."

The example clarifies that "at the time of the fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirement" $200 would be transferred to the cash balance ($100 bonus and $100 winnings). But as stated in term 15.a.1), bonus funds "may never [be] cash[ed] out". So the withdrawable balance in this case would be $100. This is exactly the same as your situation, other than a different concluding balance when the wagering requirements were completed.

Found for the Operator - While the bonus terms being this operator is using are unquestionably unattractive to players, the bonus terms have been applied correctly in this instance.

 Hello, thank you for allowing your site to be a voice for the people who up have fallen to be suckers of the igaming sites that Ontario approves as they are considered “ethical”. In considering this site in particular I found them immediately to just be using their customers to win them any money that was won using any bonus money from a deposit bonus even after playing their own 30x play-through requirement (=$4000) but instead of following their rules they took the bonus money away and labelled it a forfeit immediately after this bonus money was suppose to become real money and be able to have been withdrawn.  This site used a seductive welcome bonus to make people think it was a nice deal and their terms and conditions are just like everyone else’s where with both sides had a fair deal either way. I signed up December 22/23 and it only was because it was l a gift from my mom who told me that she wanted me to try this site and have hope as things were going really bad for me lately. She felt this site would be good so I did what she asked me and created an account and deposited the $50.  I have photos of the screenshot I took of the win because I was so excited and I kept track of the amount I was spending to be able to withdrawal the amount but was shocked to find that the account went to $0 and was given instead almost $2000 of what remind in my bank $100 and the site forfeited the rest… I will also show this in my upload.  ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Most definitely false advertising at best!!!  I did attempt to work this out with customer service and by email, but was treated rudely and dismissed without giving me any answers as to why this even happened constantly saying I wasn’t using real money when I was using real money as you can see.
