I am turning to AskGamblers because the mediation on Casino Guru has reached an unfair stalemate. The casino provided a screenshot of a bonus status from 13:13, which the Guru accepted as final proof. However, they are completely ignoring my actual Grand Jackpot win on Sunny Coin (Round ID: 6587f5c0...) which happened at 13:51—exactly 38 minutes AFTER the bonus period shown in their evidence.

Furthermore, as soon as I presented the technical proof of the 13:51 win, the casino permanently banned my account (see attached screenshot) to prevent me from accessing my transaction history. Since the Guru is now ignoring my updates regarding this ban and the 38-minute time gap, I am seeking a fair and technical review from the AskGamblers team.

We have discussed your issue at length with the operator and they have provided enough evidence to show that the Jackpot win was still within the bonus wagering limit - although very close to the end of the limit - it still fell within the margins.

Since the jackpot was won using bonus funds within your bonus cycle, the maximum allowable balance was 10 times the original bonus value, as stated in the Terms and Conditions clause 3.28.;
