The funds I received from the shopkeeper’s bKash number were part of my own winnings that I had previously withdrawn through a cash-out method. I live in Bangladesh, where many people use local agents or shopkeepers to facilitate mobile banking transfers, especially when withdrawing from platforms that do not support direct bank withdrawals.

I do not have any control over or legal access to that third-party number. However, I have already submitted my full KYC documents including my National ID, personal bKash and Nagad account statements (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), and all transaction timelines. All deposits to my Melbet account were made from my own sources.

If further clarification is needed, I am happy to cooperate. But I respectfully request the release of my legitimate funds, as I have no legal ability to obtain statements from unrelated individuals.

Unfortunately that explanation is going to be insufficient to evidence that the funds put into play were legally yours. As things stand it looks like your account has been using 3rd party funding. Simply asserting that the funds belong to you will not meet verification requirements.

All we can suggest is that you speak to your local agent and provide evidence of this financial relationship. Without that there's nothing we can do to assist you.

I am an international user from Bangladesh. I played legally and submitted all required KYC documents to Melbet, including:

My National ID and live photo

Official bKash and Nagad statements from numbers owned by me (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇)

Full explanation of all deposits and withdrawals made from my end

Now Melbet is asking for a PDF statement of a bKash number ending in ▇▇▇, which I used once years ago during a transaction with a former colleague. I do not own or control this number, and I no longer have any contact with that person. I cannot legally obtain his private financial records.

Despite clarifying this, Melbet continues to demand documents I cannot produce. I believe this is a deliberate delay tactic to avoid paying out my legitimate winnings.

I respectfully request CasinoReviews to acknowledge:

I have fulfilled every requirement from my side

Melbet is now crossing legal and ethical boundaries

This behavior qualifies as non-payment based on unreasonable and impossible demands

All documents and email records have been preserved as legal evidence.

Found for the Operator - This player cannot evidence that the funds they put into play actually legally belong to them.

I am a verified user from Bangladesh (User ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). I have submitted all required KYC documents to Melbet, including:

- National ID (front and back)
- Selfie with ID and handwritten note
- Official bKash and Nagad account statements: bKash (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) and Nagad (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇)
- Full transaction timeline with time and source

After fulfilling all these requirements, Melbet’s security team demanded the account statement of a third-party bKash number (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), which belongs to a local shopkeeper from whom I had previously cashed out some funds. I have no legal right or access to this person’s private financial information.

I clearly explained this several times. Despite that, the security team ignored over 25 of my emails and stopped responding. They said that without submitting that third-party document, they would not process my withdrawal.

This behavior is unethical and a violation of:

- My data privacy rights
- International financial and consumer protection standards
- The basic fairness expected from a regulated operator

I respectfully request ThePOGG to investigate this issue and help retrieve my withheld funds from Melbet.
