Support Chat of 1win was raised a complaint request 6/7 months before which is Appeal SL2SD-42420, after taking long time why my request appeal number still pending even 3 months before they successfully approved my KYC verification regarding my tournament winnings related which is need for approval . Even Support Team of 1win told me after kyc verification within few days I will surely get my tournament winnings. Support Team unable to provide a specific reason for holding my tournament winnings from last 6/7 months. Few days ago again I asked to support chat regarding my winnings issues, they raised another new request Appeal number which is Appeal no SL2SD-78272. Why they unable to solve my request after taking 6/7 months. Now they ignored my text messages, call request etc. If I won these tournaments at that time I deposited amount more than Rs 3,00,000, if they refuse to pay these winnings it means I lost tournament winnings and also that deposit amount. Still they assured me I will surely receive my winnings if so why they unable to provide any written informations for my winnings request appeal number. Each and every tournaments ,there was guidelines where clearly mentioned within 45 days winners will get their winnings but in my case 6/7 months taken still I get nothing from 1win.

Even support team of 1win avoid my question regarding my tournament winnings disputed amount. Still they provide same kind of response Waiting for review by relevant team, so wait when they get any updates after that they will surely inform.. Still they provide assurance that it will surely credit to my gaming account...

A request appeal number SL2SD-42420 which was raised by support chat of 1win, against this particular request appeal number SL2SD-42420, there are 3 tournament winnings disputed amount involved. 1st tournament winning Apple pack, 2nd tournament winning Rs 90,000 and 3rd tournament winning Rs 20,000. When I asked support chat of 1win, they told me 1st tournament winning Apple pack amount already credit to my gaming account but this credit amount still not showing in my gaming ID and I told them if it's credit to my gaming account please tell me the exact amount of credit, and also provide the date and time of credit.  They don't even provide any informations regarding credit winning amount. 4/ 5 times, same kind of reply coming from them 1st tournament winning Apple pack already credited but when I asking for exact amount and time and date they nothing to share with me regarding my tournament winning amount credit.  Why they misguided and always provide false informations to me I don't even understand, 15 days ago,2/3 times I mailed support team of 1win, still I don't get any response from them. When I asking for a call request to my vip manager, he also ignored, even I mail to vip manager, the response coming from manager after 7/8 hours, what does it mean?? Negative impression automatically comes in my mind.  From last 6/7 months, the support team of 1win unable to provide any informations for holding 3 tournament winnings, even they raised request appeal number SL2SD-42420, still that request appeal number pending. Here I attached the support chat reply which I got where they clearly told me 1st tournament winning Apple pack amount is credit to my gaming account but it is not if so, why they unable to provide any informations regarding my tournament winning credit amount.. I nothing receive from these 3 tournament winnings. Even they told me clearly request appeal number pending which means 2nd tournament winning pending in this appeal number SL2SD-42420. But I don't receive 1st tournament winning if it is than why they unable to share the exact amount of credit, date and time... so kindly investigate the matter because some thing doing wrong with me by 1win and their support team.
