Yes, I agree.

Please change my name to M S and my date of birth to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the handling of my account and the repeated failure of 1xBet to process the documents I have submitted.

For more than one month, I have fully cooperated with every request made by the Security Department. I have provided identification documents, selfies, information and screenshots, completed the requested verification procedures, and participated in a video verification call.

Most recently, I was asked to provide several documents that I had already submitted previously, but this time they were required to be notarized and translated into English. Despite the fact that these documents had already been provided, I fully cooperated once again and went through the additional time, effort, and expense required to have the documents properly translated and notarized by a notary public.

I then uploaded all of the requested notarized and translated documents through the website. On every occasion, the website displayed a message confirming that the documents had been successfully submitted.

However, when I check my account again, I find that the exact same documents are being requested again.

I have repeatedly attempted to upload the same documents using different file formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF, yet the same requests continue to reappear.

This situation has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have made every possible effort to comply with the Security Department's requirements, including providing documents multiple times and incurring additional costs to have them notarized and translated.

I have also sent the requested documents directly to the Security Department's email address. Nevertheless, the Security Department refuses to clearly confirm whether the documents have actually been received and are being reviewed.

The situation is even more concerning because:
- The Security Department does not provide clear answers regarding the status or receipt of my documents.
- Customer Support is unable to provide any meaningful assistance or clarification.
- The website repeatedly requests documents that I have already submitted.
- I receive confirmation that my documents were successfully uploaded, yet the same requests subsequently appear again.
- I have fully cooperated with the verification process for more than a month, without receiving a clear explanation of what remains outstanding.

At this stage, I am seriously concerned that this is no longer a genuine document verification issue, but rather an unreasonable and potentially systematic process that is preventing me from completing verification and accessing my funds despite my continuous cooperation.

I therefore formally request:
1. Immediate confirmation of whether the notarized and translated documents I submitted have actually been received by the Security Department.
2. A clear explanation of why the same documents continue to be requested after successful submission.
3. Confirmation of exactly which documents, if any, are still outstanding.
4. Confirmation that my submitted documents are actually being reviewed by the Security Department rather than being repeatedly requested due to a technical or procedural issue.
5. A clear and specific update regarding the current status of my verification and account.
6. Immediate resolution of this matter and restoration of access to my funds once the verification requirements have been satisfied.

I have complied with every request made by 1xBet and have gone far beyond what would reasonably be expected from a customer attempting to complete verification.

I respectfully request that this complaint be escalated to a responsible member of the Security/Compliance Department who can provide a clear and definitive response rather than another generic instruction to wait or resubmit the same documents.

I expect a transparent explanation and a genuine resolution to this matter.

Hi M S,

Thank you for your consent.

We have changed your username, but we cannot change your date of birth. The D.O.B. will not show anywhere on our system.

We'll speak to the operator and see what we can find out.

I am extremely frustrated with the deliberate delays being caused by the Security Department repeatedly requesting the same documents. I have submitted all the required documents through my account on the website, and each time I receive a message confirming that the documents were successfully uploaded. However, several hours later, I am asked to submit the exact same documents again, creating what appears to be an endless cycle.

From my perspective, this appears to be a persistent attempt to delay the process, with the apparent aim of making the customer eventually give up and abandon their funds.

All submitted documents have been notarized by a notary public.

Each document originally issued in Arabic is accompanied by an English translation prepared by a sworn translator and duly notarized by a notary public.

My complaint was submitted more than 25 days ago, and to date, I have received no response from either your team or the operator.

Please note that, according to the latest information, the fully authenticated documents were submitted on September 17, 2026. A 30-second video was then requested, including all the submitted supporting documents. After several attempts to upload the video, it was finally accepted on September 23, 2026, at 5:25 AM GMT. There has been no response or information yet on when this verification process will be completed.

Dear CasinoReviews.com Complaints Team ,

As of now, I have still not received any outcome regarding my verification.

Customer Support is not making any genuine effort to assist me and keeps claiming that the matter is entirely in the hands of the Security Department. Meanwhile, the Security Department does not respond to any of my questions or provide any meaningful clarification. Instead, I continue to receive repetitive, generic responses that provide no useful information whatsoever.

I have fully cooperated with this verification process for approximately one and a half months and have submitted every document and piece of information requested from me, including the latest verification requirements.

At this point, I am seriously concerned that my funds are being wrongfully withheld under the pretext of a verification process that lacks any transparency, clear timeframe, or meaningful communication.

I urgently ask CasinoReviews.com Complaints Team to intervene and help bring this matter to a clear resolution, either by having my account reopened and my funds made available, or by requiring 1xBet to provide a clear and specific explanation of the reason for the continued restriction and a definitive timeframe for its resolution.

My account has been under verification for over a month and a half, despite my compliance with all the requirements of their security department. However, there is no transparency or clarity regarding this process and when it will be completed. All my money is in deposits, not profits, and that's why I feel so frustrated and provoked by their constant, unjustified demands and requests. Therefore, I demand a swift decision regarding my case and the reopening of my account by them, or the closure of the complaint as it is considered unresolved due to deliberate negligence on the part of 1Xbet.

Please close the complaint as **unresolved**, as 1xBet has not actually participated in addressing the issue or provided any update or solution so far, despite the fact that more than a month and a half has passed.

Hi M S,

We appreciate your final message.

1XBet are one of the operators who are notorious for never getting back to this service, and never co-operating, but it is our duty to try nonetheless.

We apologise we couldn't assist you further.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact 1XBet to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I am submitting this complaint regarding my 1xBet account, which has been blocked/restricted during the verification process, while my funds remain inaccessible.

I have been a verified customer of 1xBet for a long time, and I have completed verification procedures previously without any similar issue.

On the latest verification request, I provided all the documents and information requested by the Security Department, including my identification documents, selfie, and the other required evidence. I fully cooperated with the verification process.

After submitting the requested documents, I was informed that the verification could take up to 72 hours. However, approximately 5 days have now passed without receiving a final decision or a clear explanation regarding the status of my account.

During this process, my account became blocked/restricted, and I am currently unable to access or withdraw my funds. There is a significant amount of money in my account, and I urgently need access to my funds due to financial obligations.

I have repeatedly contacted Customer Support, but they have only provided generic responses and advised me to wait for the Security Department. I have also contacted the Security Department directly, but I have not received a clear explanation of the reason for the continued restriction or a specific timeframe for completing the verification.

I would like 1xBet to clearly clarify:

What is the exact reason for the current restriction/block on my account?

Is the block temporary and related only to the KYC/security verification?

Has my verification been completed, or is any additional documentation required from me?

Why has the verification exceeded the 72-hour timeframe that I was given?

When will I be able to access and withdraw my funds?

I have fully cooperated with every verification request and have provided all requested documents. I am not asking for any special treatment. I am simply requesting that 1xBet complete the verification process, clearly explain the situation, and restore my ability to access and withdraw my funds.

I hope AskGamblers can assist in obtaining a clear and definitive response from 1xBet and help resolve this matter as soon as possible.
