I did not request my account to be closed. According to the operator, the account was closed due to having more than one account. However, the amount of 100,000 MNT is not winnings, bonuses, or promotional funds and consists only of my main deposited funds.



The operator previously stated that in such cases only winnings may be confiscated, while the main deposited funds should be returned. My request is solely for the return of my deposited funds, and I am not claiming any winnings.

Found Against the Operator – 1xBet has informed us that they will not cooperate with this service to manage player complaints.

Hello, on 1xBet my account had a balance of 100,000 MNT (closed account ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). This money was not used for any bets or games and was purely a deposited main balance. Due to my account being closed, I was unable to withdraw the funds from the account. After that, I contacted 1xBet’s security department by email to request access to my main deposited funds. However, none of my emails have received any response, I have not been contacted in any way, and the 100,000 MNT that was in the account remains unwithdrawn. Therefore, I am submitting this complaint to request a resolution regarding the main deposited funds that I was unable to withdraw due to the account closure. As evidence, I have attached the deposit transaction receipt for 100,000 MNT and copies of the emails sent to the security department. I hope my issue will be reviewed and resolved accordingly. Thank you.
