I am filing an official complaint against 1xBet Casino for freezing my legitimate funds amounting to 122,559.41 MAD without any valid reason, refusing to cooperate, and completely ignoring my communication.

Key Details of the Dispute:

- Disputed Amount: 122,559.41 MAD

- Date of Deposit / Restriction: 29/04/2026

The Situation:

On 29/04/2026, I made a successful deposit of exactly 122,559.41 MAD into my standard 1xBet gaming account (ID: 1648491937). Within just 5 minutes of completing this deposit, 1xBet abruptly locked my account, blocking all withdrawal, deposit, and betting functions without providing any valid explanation.

Total Lack of Cooperation and Ignored Emails:

Following their immediate live chat instructions, I was told to contact their verification and retail departments. I sent detailed emails to both official addresses, security-en@1xbet-team.com and retail@1xbet-team.com, back on 22/05/2026. It has now been over 17 days, and I have received absolutely zero responses or updates from either department.

Furthermore, when I tried to follow up via the live chat portal, the support agents explicitly stated that the company had completely stopped all cooperation with me, and they subsequently blocked my access to the live chat feature entirely.

Summary:

I am a legitimate player who deposited my own money, and my funds have been frozen for no valid reason. 1xBet cannot simply secure a user's deposit, refuse to reply to any official emails for weeks, block support access, and hold 122,559.41 MAD hostage in total silence.

I have attached my official player account screenshot proving the successful deposit and the frozen balance. I kindly request the CasinoReviews team to intervene, investigate this unresponsiveness, and help me recover my funds.
