I did not complete the payment.

I sent an email to processing-algeria@1xbet-team.com with my 1xBet account ID, the screenshot of my original deposit receipt, and an explanation of the situation.

However, I have not received any response from the Payments Support Team so far.

Both the submitting complainant and 1xBet has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

I am submitting a complaint against 1xBet (Caecus N.V. – License No. 1668/JAZ) regarding an issue with my deposit. I made a deposit of 40,000.00 DZD on 14/04/2025, but the funds have not been credited to my account after 22 days.

I have contacted 1xBet support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any satisfactory response or clarification regarding the delay in the deposit.
