Both the submitting complainant and 7Bit Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent denial of my withdrawal request. Despite providing ample evidence and repeated inquiries, I have received vague and generic responses that have not addressed the specific reasons for the denial.

 I initiated a withdrawal request for $58 in tether crypto currency However, this request was subsequently denied, citing a violation of the platform's terms of service. When I pressed for clarification regarding the nature of the violation, I received generic responses that did not provide any specific details or evidence to support the claim.

After several exchanges, I was informed that the platform believes I have duplicate accounts. However, I have been unable to obtain any concrete information about the existence of these alleged duplicate accounts or how they were detected. I have clearly articulated my request for proof of these violations, but to no avail.

To demonstrate my commitment to resolving this issue, I have provided the following documentation:

 * A selfie of me holding my identification card

 * A screenshot of my current location on Google Maps

 * A screenshot of my phone specifications, including IP address and IMEI number

These documents are intended to prove that I am the rightful owner of the account and that there is no evidence of account cloning or hijacking.

Despite my efforts to cooperate and provide the requested information, I continue to receive generic responses that direct me to the platform's terms of service without specifying which term I have violated. I believe this lack of transparency and specificity is unacceptable.

I strongly believe that the responses I have received are not from human representatives but rather from automated chatbots. This further hinders my ability to resolve this issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

I request that you immediately investigate this matter and provide me with a clear and detailed explanation of the terms of service violation that led to the denial of my withdrawal.
