Can you please tell us what you did that makes you feel like you lost your temper and why you think they may have blocked your account? Cause is the fourth time I got hospitalized, the first one I entered my account it was suspended I sent an email and practically instantly they returned my money

I lost my temper due to the fact, that is the second time my account had the funds suspended, the first one they solved immediately, however, in this second time they was tooking too long, I remember talking with them via the live chat on my account for over 2 weeks, than I identified myself as Yahusha in the live chat, and said they could fix quicker, they bloqued me instantly

That explains why you lost your temper - because you were frustrated that your account was suspended. But it does not explain the actions you took that you feel were the result of losing your temper.

While referring to yourself as Yahusha may have some religious significance to you, the name by itself is not in any way profane or abusive. It is highly unlikely that in isolation a chat agent would consider this to be grounds to terminate interactions with a customer.
