Our own security systems confirm that the IP address that you've used to access this site (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) is in fact a proxy IP address. If you do not believe this to be true, this is something that you would need to take up with your Internet Service Provider.

As the operator has clear and valid grounds to conclude you have violated their terms of use and on that basis, sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you.

The operator’s own SAR data and internal notes relied on IP address **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇** as the alleged “VPN / masking” IP. Your response now asserts that **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇** is a proxy IP. These are different addresses, and no explanation has been provided as to why either constitutes deliberate masking or misuse.

Further, stating that “our own security systems confirm” an IP is a proxy is not, in itself, sufficient evidence. Many Irish residential ISPs use **carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT)** and shared routing infrastructure, which is widely known to cause false positives in automated VPN/proxy detection tools. This does not imply the use of a VPN, proxy, or masking technique by the end user.

Critically:

- All betting activity and the withdrawal request occurred from the same residential IP.
- No betting or transactional activity occurred during the brief session the operator initially relied upon.
- There is no evidence of intent, fraud, jurisdictional evasion, or impact on game integrity.

This service engages with 3rd party providers that specialize in the identification of IP masking technologies, specifically because of the commonality of the use of this type of technology by groups engaged in identity theft and fraud.

The fact that both of the IP addresses you have used have been identified by different parties as being masked in some form isn't "inconsistent". It simply evidenced that different detection solutions are quicker and more effective at identify IP masking technology in different circumstances.

The term in question reads as follows:


> "5. AllBritishCasino.com expressly prohibits the following:
>
> - (-) the use of any masking techniques, VPN or proxy server during the registration of the account or after registration, while accessing the games;"


This term does not stipulate that the operator is required to demonstrate that the IP masking was engaged with the intent to defraud. The intention or lack there of is not part of the restriction. It is a simple restriction of the use of technologies that would mask your IP.

When entering into this agreement, you are taking on responsibility for ensuring that you do not mask your IP address. Where you violate the terms of the agreement by doing so, as you have done here, you are free to argue your case with the operator that this was accidental, or done with no malice intent. But whether or not the operator is willing to set aside the violation of their terms or not is at that point a determination for the business to make, not one that an ADR is empowered to enforce. From the perspective of an ADR delivering a ruling on this matter, a contract was agree, a fair and clear term was violated, with the consequence that the contract and all transactions within it are void. This is a routine deliberation.

We're sorry that your unhappy with this ruling, but our ruling on this matter stands. Our ruling does not impact your rights to escalate your claim as you feel is appropriate, and we will be happy to discuss the matter with the regulator if they feel that there is something further that requires consideration.

Found for the Operator - This player has used IP masking technology when accessing the All British Casino, in violation of the operator's terms of use.

My account with All British Casino (L&L Europe Ltd) was closed and approximately £1,128 in legitimate winnings were confiscated. The operator claimed I used a VPN or “masking technique”. I did not use any VPN or proxy at any point.

Following a Subject Access Request, the operator’s own login report shows:

• All betting activity and my withdrawal request were made from my normal Irish residential IP (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇).
• A single brief login (12:53–12:54 on 07/12/2025) came from IP ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, which is consistent with mobile-network routing.
• No bets, deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay occurred during that brief session.

The operator misclassified this mobile-data IP as a VPN/masking technique. There is no evidence of deliberate cheating, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any fraudulent activity. My account is fully verified and compliant.

The operator issued a “final decision” consisting only of a generic list of prohibited behaviours, without addressing the actual SAR data, without assessing proportionality, and without explaining how the brief mobile-network IP login constitutes deliberate misuse or cheating.

Their own evidence does not support the conclusion reached, nor the decision to confiscate £1,128 in legitimate winnings.

I request that CasinoReviews.com review the case and instruct the operator to reinstate my winnings.
