Before we go any further, all gambling operators utilize anti-fraud tools that allow them to detect when an IP masking tool like a VPN has been used by a player. This operator carries clear terms prohibiting use of VPNs etc. If we review the operators system records and they show that you have masked your IP address, we will support the operator's position.

All British Casino carry clears terms and conditions prohibiting the use of VPNs, or other IP masking technology, when accessing their services. The operator has cited these terms when explaining to you the reason for the actions that they have taken.

Our own systems can in fact confirm that you have been using a VPN to access this site. As such, there is reasonable grounds for the position that the operator has taken.
