An issue with a disappearing balance was quickly resolved and the funds were returned to the player after Platinum Play was contacted by ThePOGG.com.

My complaint refers to Platinum Play casino.
 
 On 28.09. 2012 I have deposited 600 euro. After playing at the casino that day my balance was 2000 euro. I mention I didn't receive any bonus for my deposit. I have tried to withdraw the money 2 days later. The money returned to my casino balance, as the casino requested documents from me: a copy of an utility bill and ID which I have sent. Since than I have not received any response from the casino regarding my documents or account.
 
 On 28.03.2013 I have logged in to the casino to withdraw the money but all the money were gone. When I checked the account history to see what happened with my money I was surprised to find out that on 27.03.2013 at 5:13:35 PM I had 2000 euro in my balance and on 27.03.2013 at 5:13:35 PM ( at exact time) my balance was 0. When I entered the "view" tab to see what games were played the message: "you did not play any games in this Login Session" appeared. I have print screens to prove this.
 
 I have contacted the casino support and asked them what happened with my money and they responded that the money were confiscated "due to outstanding verification documents". 
 They have asked now photos with me holding the documents  next to my face,  which I did. They have asked for an utility bill different from Orange ( an Orange bill I have sent them in the first place) so it is clear that they have received my e-mail with documents. I will send them other bills, no problem.
 
 The reason for which I have contacted "The pogg" is to make sure that no abuse it is made during this argument with the casino and to kindly ask you to assist me in this process. 
 
 Another reason for confiscating my money was: "Since your account has been dormant for over three months it has been locked and the funds in the account have been frozen". 
 
 First of all a casino cannot confiscate money because a player did not play for 3 months. Second of all I think that the casino should have notified me that I have funds into my casino account and the funds will be confiscated if I don't play or at least notify me that my funds were confiscated. Not to wait and hope that the player never notices. Third of all, if the reason was "outstanding documents" they should have asked for more documents from me as I am willing to give them anything they want. They did not notify me and confiscated the money instead.

Platinum Play - balance disappeared from casino account

Player submitted a complaint but failed to provide us with any of the necessary information to follow up and talk to the casino. Waste of time.

Yesterday, after making the payment through credit carding I tried to place bets on both live and normal. the answer is 'always been the same: this account can not' place bets.
 
 Also, when I asked to pay what I paid by crediting the mastercard, and I 'was rejected and I was forced to request payment by bank transfer. I sent an email asking for explanations and after 12 hours I still have not received a response. I hope I have not lost my money and my credit card has not been cloned.

I made a winning at Riva Poker and made my withdrawal via Neteller on 5 February 2013, I also received an email of withdrawal notification, the email stated that the process of my withdrawal will be validated within 96 hours. But until now (already 13 days) the withdrawal still yet to validate.
 
 I never received any email updating me the status, I have checked with the casino customer service, and I were informed that the withdrawal was pending processed by their payment agent, I ask her when can the withdrawal validate (as normal processing time is only 96 hours) and she said she can't confirm and ask me to wait until the payment agent email me to confirm withdrawal validated.

Riva Poker - Withdrawal pending processed for more than 13 days

Poker 770 responded quickly to our communication and resolved the payment issue quickly albeit via a different payment method to the players preference.

I opened an account with Poker770.com by the username of [DELETED].
 
 I have made a deposit by Neteller and made a withdrawal back to Neteller too, but the casino requested for ID document and utility bill in order to validate my account, however, after I sent my Identity Card and accepted by them, they switched my Neteller withdrawal to wire transfer. As I have to bear for currency exchange losses and service charges for wire transfer charged by my bank, I request them to transfer the withdrawal back to my Neteller account, but they insisted that they will only wire transfer my withdrawal due to security reasons, I ask them what is the security reason about and will my future withdrawal will also make through wire transfer, they said they cannot inform me the security reason and also they can't guaranteed that my future Neteller withdrawal will not switched again.
 
 As their standard period for Neteller withdrawal is only within 96 hours, my withdrawal has been pending since 11/02/13 because of this issue. 
 
 I would appreciate if you could kindly help me to resolve this problem.

 You are saying that this is done to protect the player's interest. But all the while my withdrawal via Neteller is processed but why not this one? If withdrawal back to original purchase method is not protecting the player's interest, then, what the SH*T you are talking about?  Withdrawal back to original purchasing method is a common and standard procedure for all online gaming, your so-called "SOLID REASON" can't stand for itself!! After discussing this issue with InterCasino, they agreed with us that the confiscation of player funds was unjustified, apologized and paid in full.

I played in the casino in June-August 2011, when Neteller had a promotion that they give you a percentage of each transaction made into a casino. I made large deposits and played it through, which does not go against any terms on their site. Intercasino without any warning decided to charge me for all their charges incurred from my deposits, which they claimed added to £12125, which they removed from my Ecash account.
 
 They claimed they are entitled to make good on their losses, which makes no sense, as I played through with the deposit, and they have no term anywhere that says they will charge for depsoits and withdrawals.
 
 Now to put the nail in the coffin, I have proof that they put in a claim to Neteller, and were refunded in full all their charges, however they are still refusing to payout the £12125, eventhough I did not break any terms and conditions, besides for the reason they took my money was to make good any losses, however they had no losses, as Neteller refunded them in full.
 

Intercasino have unfairly confiscated my money

Rey 8 changed their name to Planet Kings casino, failed to pay a player and refused to communicate with us about the issue. All in a casino to avoid.

During last summer I was playing in a Playtech casino named Rey8.  I made 2 withdrawals, one at the end of May for £800 and one a few months later for approximately £1500.
 
 A notarized ID to Paragon in the Philippines was requested and duly sent by registered delivery.  They claimed it never arrived and Royal Mail tracking is only able to track it to the country and not to the door.  I had no choice but to give them the benefit of the doubt and prepared and sent another one.  Again they denied receiving it but I finally got one of the support team to personally make it his job to find it.  I think I hassled him so much he did this for me and confirmed they had it and it was verified.  This was played out over several months and with this confirmation I withdrew the balance which was approximately £1500.
 
 Again they asked for a notarized ID and I kept telling them they had it.  It was very tedious going over the whole story time and time again. 
 
 The next thing to happen was Rey8 telling me they are changing their name to Planetkings casino which they did.  So all my historic transactions can no longer be found in the new casino, hence my approximation of the second withdrawal.
 
 They do not reply to emails any more but I know they still receive them.  The same names were in the web-site chat pop-up for some time but they only ever said they will pass it on to the management team.  Now the chat on the web-site is never manned and the chat within Planetkings casino itself is met with denial of any knowledge of the situation.
