I fully understand that operators need reasonable time to conduct verification procedures. However, I would like to clarify the current situation:

• Today marks the 30th day since my withdrawal request.

• I am currently undergoing the fifth KYC verification stage for the same withdrawal.

• Each time I submit the requested documents within hours, while the casino requires several days to review them.

• After each review, new document format requirements are introduced instead of processing the withdrawal.

At this point, the issue is no longer about allowing sufficient time for verification, but rather about repeated procedural extension of the same process.

I am fully cooperative and have provided every requested document without delay. Despite this, my funds remain inaccessible after 30 days.

I respectfully believe that this situation already exceeds what can reasonably be considered a standard or proportionate verification procedure.

I will of course keep you informed if the matter is not resolved by Friday, 6 February, as suggested. However, I wanted to formally document the current status of the case and the ongoing fifth KYC stage for transparency.

Yes, I am still experiencing issues.

As of today, I have not received my withdrawal, despite the fact that 51 calendar days have elapsed since the withdrawal was requested on 20 December 2025.

At the same time, I am currently undergoing the 7th round of KYC verification.

Summary of the situation

- The withdrawal was requested on 20 December 2025.

- For the first 16 days, no KYC or verification process was initiated at all.

- KYC was triggered only after I explicitly requested the operator’s licensing details in order to escalate the matter.

- From that point onward, the verification process was conducted in a sequential and repetitive manner, resulting in seven separate KYC rounds.

Despite providing all requested documents promptly and without delay, the process has been repeatedly extended.

Operator’s own statement regarding verification timelines

In one of the operator’s emails, AmunRa explicitly stated that each verification request may take up to 10 business days, which in practice equals up to 16 calendar days per document.

When applied to multiple, consecutive KYC rounds, this approach creates a mechanism capable of delaying a withdrawal indefinitely, which I believe exceeds what can reasonably be considered proportionate or standard verification.

Evidence

I have prepared a detailed chronological table documenting:

- all seven KYC rounds,

- the dates of each request,

- and the cumulative delay caused by the operator.

This documentation is available and can be provided immediately if required.

I respectfully believe that the current situation clearly exceeds reasonable verification standards, and I would appreciate your assistance in moving this case toward resolution.

As of today, 56 calendar days have elapsed since my original withdrawal request. At this stage, the operator has cancelled both of my pending withdrawals, totalling 4000 PLN, without providing any explanation for these cancellations.

The funds have been returned to my player account balance. However, no new document request, clarification, or formal decision has been issued.

Given the duration of the delay and the number of verification cycles already completed, I kindly request confirmation of whether the operator has provided any justification to ADR for this action.

Following the cancellation of both pending withdrawals (total 4000 PLN) after 56 calendar days since the original withdrawal request, the operator has now additionally blocked all withdrawal functionality on my account.

The funds remain visible in my player balance; however, the system currently displays: “Withdrawals blocked – Withdrawals are restricted by the operator.”

No formal explanation, justification, or new document request has been provided to me in relation to this restriction.

Given the duration of the delay, the multiple completed verification rounds, and the recent cancellation of both withdrawals, I kindly request confirmation whether the operator has provided ADR with any reasoning for:

1. The cancellation of both withdrawals.

2. The current withdrawal restriction placed on my account.

Firstly, whilst we understand your concerns, the integrity of any document you submit during the verification process is critical to whether they will be accepted. Making edits to the files, like adding watermarks, can mask more sinister adjustments. Where you choose to do that you are at high risk of experiencing issues getting verified.

Secondly, we have to correct a previous erroneous statement. We are NOT the ADR for Amunra Casino. While this casino previously operated on the MGA license via N1 Interactive, they are no longer part of this group and do not display any licensing information. While we are willing to look into this matter for you informally, we cannot do so under the roll of ADR.

Update regarding my complaint

I would like to provide an update regarding my case.

I can confirm that both withdrawals have now been successfully credited to my bank account. The total time from my initial withdrawal request (20 December 2025) until the final crediting of the funds was 73 days.

While I am relieved that the funds have finally arrived, the process involved 9 separate KYC rounds, prolonged periods of inactivity and a withdrawal timeline that significantly exceeded the advertised 1–3 day processing time.

Following the resolution of the payment itself, I have now submitted a formal goodwill compensation request directly to the operator in relation to the documented delay and handling of the case.

I am currently awaiting the operator’s response and will provide a further update once I receive it.

The submitting complainant has informed us that this issue has been resolved and that they have received their funds.

I am submitting a formal ADR dispute against N1 Interactive Ltd, operator of AmunRa Casino.
I have been an active player for approximately two years and have made several successful withdrawals in the past. My last successful withdrawal of 1200 PLN was paid on 03 December 2025, after 12 days of delay.
Currently, I have two unpaid withdrawals:
• 2000 PLN – Bank Transfer – requested on 20/12/2025
• 2000 PLN – Ripple – requested on 22/12/2025
Total amount: 4000 PLN.
These withdrawals have now been pending for over 20 days.
After I requested the withdrawals, the casino initiated a renewed KYC process and now claims that my account was never fully verified before, despite my withdrawal history.
The casino publicly advertises:
• Verification within 24 hours
• Withdrawals within 3 business days
However, I was informed that verification may take up to 10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays, which was communicated only after my withdrawals had already been delayed.
I am fully cooperating with all KYC requests and have submitted all required documents. Despite this, no concrete verification completion date or payout date has been provided.
I believe the casino is using KYC procedures to unjustifiably delay withdrawals.
I respectfully request ADR mediation and assistance in resolving this dispute.
