Based on the screenshots you sent, there is a tird party merchant who has deposited the account for you. Have you spoken to them? Can you ask them for proof of the payslip they used?

Have you deposited at another casino using the same merchant? If yes, can you ask them for proof of that slip as well?

Hello the fraudlent company baji99 complete inactive my 3 years old account. When i ask to chat they said you are sending used slip again and again. This is clear fraud slips attached

Historically, these kind of unlicensed casinos have been extremely weak in nature and notoriously difficult to get in contact with. So whilst we will review the case, you should be aware that there are substantive barriers to the likelihood of a positive outcome.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Baji99 to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

**To Whom It May Concern,**

​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against **Baji99** regarding a serious case of deposit fraud and subsequent retaliatory account suspension.

​**Case Details:**
1. ​**Identity and Loyalty:** I am a loyal, "Legend" level player with this platform for the past 3 years. My history and trust in this platform have been severely compromised by recent events.
2. ​**Deposit Fraud & Timeline Manipulation:** On [9 june 2026], I requested a deposit credit at **10:13 PM**. Despite my legitimate transaction slips, the funds were not credited. After I contacted support and provided the slips, the merchant performed a **manual override** confirming the transaction was "already approved."
3. They clearly blame me that i have used this id on other platform which is impossible. Because if i made request on 10.13pm after that any other request to accept from system automatically is impossible. They simple manual override it. Slips attached
4. ​**Systemic Failure:** If the system were truly automated, my request would have been approved at the time of the transaction. The fact that it required a manual override after my intervention, and was still not credited, proves a systemic failure or deliberate withholding of funds.
5. ​**Retaliatory Suspension:** Instead of resolving this financial discrepancy, Baji99 maliciously suspended my account under the false pretext of "KYC verification."
6. ​**Contradiction:** This suspension is a deliberate lie. My account was already fully KYC-verified and approved, which is proven by my internal account records . The suspension was only initiated to stop me from further questioning the missing deposits

​**My Demand:**

I request an immediate investigation into this financial fraud. I demand:
1. ​Immediate reinstatement of my Legend-level account.
2. ​The immediate credit of the disputed deposit amounts, which have been verified by the merchant via manual override as "already approved."

​This is a clear case of financial malpractice against a long-term player. I have documented all interactions, and I am prepared to take this to the highest level of regulatory and legal authorities if my funds are not restored immediately.
