I would like to make it absolutely clear that I never requested self-exclusion on my BC.Game account. If I had voluntarily applied for self-exclusion, there would have been no reason for me to file this complaint.



I believe BC.Game has provided you with incorrect information. I kindly request that you ask BC.Game to provide complete and verifiable evidence proving that I personally requested self-exclusion. This should include the original request, the exact date and time, the communication through which the request was made (email or live chat), any confirmation sent to me,



I have never submitted such a request, and therefore I strongly dispute BC.Game’s claim. If they cannot provide clear evidence, then their statement should not be accepted as fact.



I respectfully ask CasinoReviews to continue investigating this matter fairly and independently until the truth is established.

I started trying to recover my account on 24 February 2025, after BC.Game locked my withdrawal, asked me to wait 2–4 hours, then 24 hours, and after that I could no longer log in to my account.

I contacted BC.Game by email on 24 February 2025, but I did not receive any reply to that email. The issue has remained unresolved since then.

Since the issue is originally from early 2025, it goes beyond the 12 months cut off.

I have been actively trying to resolve this matter with the casino since the beginning. I kindly ask if you could reconsider my case or make an exception.

As you mentioned, BC.GAME has not been contacted by your team and therefore has not been asked to provide any evidence. This means the allegation has not been independently verified.

I completely understand if you are unable to take the case forward under your normal rules, but if there is any possibility of an exception or review given the circumstances, I would sincerely appreciate it.

I am not asking you to automatically rule in my favour. I am simply asking for the opportunity for the evidence from both sides to be properly considered.

This issue falls significantly outside of that time frame and as such we will be unable to onboard it.

I am filing a formal complaint against BC.Game operating under Curaçao license 8048/JAZ.

FACTS:

1. On [18/02/2025, BC.Game blocked my account with balance ₹1,00,21,282 (~120,000 USDT) immediately after I submitted full KYC documents requested by agent "Stella".

2. BC.Game alleges "bug exploit" in Tower Legend game on 22/02/2025 but has failed for 30+ days to provide:

   - Name of the specific bug

   - Round IDs or transaction hashes

   - Technical logs or third-party audit report

3. My bet history proves normal play: Single bet losses of -₹10,48,576 and -₹2,62,144 on same date. A real exploit has zero risk.

4. 394 players were active on Tower Legend at 11:11-11:12 AM. Only my winning account was terminated, proving selective targeting.

5. I filed Casinomeister PAB Case #4,826. BC.Game has not responded with evidence there either.

VIOLATION:

This violates GCB regulations requiring fair treatment, evidence-based account actions, and timely payment of verified winnings.

REQUEST:

Direct BC.Game to either:

a) Release my full balance ₹1,00,21,282 within 7 days, OR

b) Provide complete technical evidence of alleged exploit within 7 days

I have attached screenshots of balance, bet history, KYC emails, and PAB thread as evidence.

Failure to resolve will force escalation to international media and legal action for fraud.
