Regarding your question on why I continued making deposits—until the issue occurred, I had been receiving withdrawals without any problem and several deposits were also going through normally and reflecting in my game wallet. Because some transactions were being processed successfully, I assumed the system was functioning correctly, which is why I continued depositing.

I am now forwarding all the email communications I have sent to support@bc.game, as requested. If needed, I can also share screenshots of the BC Game deposit page where the official tickets have been registered within their system.

After nearly two months of continuous follow-ups, receiving a response stating that the issue “cannot be resolved” is extremely disappointing.

While I understand that operator cooperation is beyond your direct control, does this situation not reflect a lack of commitment or effectiveness—especially from a reputed organization that users approach precisely because platforms do not respond to them directly?

I accept that the money may be lost, but what is more disheartening is the loss of time and effort due to the anticipation that this would be resolved here. That expectation is the only reason I waited. I have also followed several other user complaints and, unfortunately, I notice a recurring pattern where cases are closed with similar explanations.
