The submitting complainant has informed us that this issue has been resolved and that they have received their funds.

I requested a withdrawal of 1100 USD on 12 of August

According to bet o bet policy it takes 3 to 5 working days for the withdrawal. But this time even after waiting for more than 10 working days I have not received my withdrawal and neither I am getting any positive response from the support team. They said there facing technical issues !!!
