To be clear, we are changing your username on CasinoReviews.com not BetChan. We do not have access to BetChan systems.

It also seems that the case is still ongoing and the operator only opened a formal investigation late last week.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 31st of July let us know.

I would like to clarify the timeline, as I believe there may be some misunderstanding.

I have been unable to withdraw my funds since the evening of **6 July 2026**, and I contacted BetChan immediately when the problem first occurred.

While BetChan may only have opened their formal investigation last Thursday, my case has been ongoing since Monday July 6th. I have been contacting live chat, email support and my VIP manager repeatedly since 6 July, but I have still not received any meaningful update or resolution.

As of today, I still have no access to my **€700**, no explanation of what is actually preventing the withdrawal, and no estimated timeframe for when my funds will be released.

I understand that you would like me to allow BetChan additional time to complete their internal process, and I will respect that. However, I wanted to ensure that the full timeline is accurately reflected in my complaint.

If the issue remains unresolved by **31 July**, I will contact you again as requested.

I wanted to provide an update regarding my complaint.

After several weeks of delays, BetChan has now informed me that they have finally processed my withdrawal and sent the funds via a bank transfer.

They have advised that I should receive the funds within **1–5 business days**.

At this stage, I would like to keep the complaint open until the funds have actually arrived in my bank account.

As soon as I have received the money, I will let you know immediately so the case can be updated or closed if everything has been resolved.

The submitting complainant has informed us that this issue has been resolved and that they have received their funds.

I am submitting this complaint after exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve my issue directly with BetChan.

I requested a withdrawal on Monday last week. More than **8 business days** have now passed, and I still do not have access to my own funds.

Since the issue began, I have contacted BetChan through live chat on numerous occasions, emailed support several times, and spoken with my VIP manager, Jasmin. Throughout this entire period, I have received essentially the same response:
- My funds are safe.
- The issue is a technical problem on BetChan’s side.
- My case has been escalated with the highest priority.
- The relevant department is investigating.

However, despite all these assurances, absolutely no meaningful progress has been made.

I have followed every instruction given to me by BetChan. I created every payment account they requested and attempted every withdrawal method they suggested. Every attempt was either declined or cancelled.

One of BetChan’s representatives, Monica, specifically informed me that if none of the available withdrawal methods worked, my funds would be transferred to me manually.

Every suggested withdrawal method has failed, yet the promised manual transfer has never been carried out. Whenever I ask why, I receive no explanation—only another generic statement that the investigation is ongoing.

During the past 8 business days I have repeatedly requested:
- an explanation of what is actually being investigated;
- what actions have been taken so far;
- why the promised manual transfer has not been completed;
- when I can realistically expect to receive my funds.

None of these questions have been answered.

BetChan has now informed me that they cannot provide any further information in live chat and referred me back to email support. Unfortunately, I have already contacted email support multiple times and receive the same generic responses there as well. As a result, I consider BetChan’s internal complaints process exhausted.

My complaint is **not** that BetChan needs some time to investigate. My complaint is that they have kept my money unavailable for more than 8 business days while repeatedly providing only generic responses, without any meaningful updates, realistic timeframe, or alternative solution—even after promising that a manual withdrawal would be arranged if the standard withdrawal methods failed.

I respectfully request CasinoReviews ADR to investigate this matter and assist in obtaining:
1. Immediate release of my withdrawal.
2. A full explanation from BetChan regarding the cause of the delay.
3. An explanation as to why the promised manual transfer was never completed.
4. Appropriate compensation for the prolonged delay and inconvenience caused by being denied access to my own funds.

I have retained screenshots of all conversations, emails, and statements made by BetChan, and I am happy to provide any additional documentation required.
