Abandoned – The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our requests for additional information. As such we assume that they’ve managed to resolve their issue on their own.

I requested a €100 withdrawal from Betinia.com on 29/05/2025 (username: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). After submitting my withdrawal, I was asked to complete identity verification, which I did successfully about a week later. However, more than a month has passed and I still have not received my money.

I have contacted their support multiple times but only receive generic responses and no clear timeline. This unreasonable delay has caused me significant inconvenience and stress.

Therefore, I am now also requesting appropriate compensation from Betinia for holding my funds for over a month without any valid reason.

I kindly ask CasinoReviews to help resolve this issue, ensure my withdrawal is processed without any further delay, and support my claim for fair compensation for this situation.
