Subject: Response from Betinia.dk After Filing Complaint – Documentation Request Already Provided

I would like to inform you that following the submission of my complaint through your platform, I have now received another message from Betinia.dk (on April 19, 2025), requesting documentation regarding several payment methods previously used on my account.



I would like to clarify that I have already submitted all of the requested documents to Betinia prior to this communication – including proof of identity, payment method ownership, and documentation of shared finances with my husband (whose card was previously used on the account). These documents were submitted during the initial verification process and again when I disputed the closure of my account.



This latest request appears to be a repetition of what has already been provided, and I find it concerning that they are only now requesting this again after I escalated the matter through CasinoReviews.



I kindly ask that this is taken into account during your ongoing review of the case, as it seems Betinia is delaying the process unnecessarily despite having had access to all relevant documents for some time.

Resolved – Betinia has informed us that this player just needed to verify their account and they would get paid.

Dear CasinoReviews Support Team,



I am hereby submitting a formal complaint against Bettinia Casino, which operates under a gambling license, for unlawfully withholding my funds.



Nature of the Problem:

Bettinia Casino has unjustly refused to pay out my winnings. They claim the withdrawal was denied due to a violation referred to as “Mission Grand Duplicate.” I strongly dispute this claim and maintain that I have not breached any terms or conditions. I believe Bettinia Casino is acting in violation of applicable regulations by withholding my funds without a valid reason.

Timeline & Description:



- On February 7, 2025, at 23:51, I purchased a 1,000 DKK Paysafe voucher at Circle K, Hillerødvej 103, Kregme, 3300 Frederiksværk (receipt attached).
- I deposited the amount into my Paysafe account and activated a bonus (screenshot attached).
- I played with the 2,000 DKK balance and won over 800,000 DKK.
- After further gameplay, I stopped at 500,000 DKK and requested a withdrawal.
- As no approval was received after a few days, I played for an additional 10,000 DKK, leaving me with a balance of 490,000 DKK.
- The casino requested identification, which I provided – including my driver’s license and proof of a payment card previously used. This card belongs to my husband, as we share a joint economy.
- I do not understand why using my husband’s card is now an issue when the casino never previously flagged it as a problem. Furthermore, no part of the winning amount was deposited using that card – the entire amount was deposited via my own Paysafe account▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
- During a phone call, I requested that the winnings be paid out to my Paysafe account – the same method used for the last deposit.
- A few days later, I received an email stating that my account had been closed due to allegations of being a duplicate account.
- On March 7, 2025, we received a refund of approximately 6,000 DKK (proof attached), which was deposited into my husband’s account ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ without explanation. I am confused as to what this amount represents.
- The remaining 490,000 DKK from my winnings has not been transferred to either my NemKonto or Paysafe account.
- I have previously won large sums on other casino platforms and have never had issues with document verification or payouts.





I strongly dispute Bettinia’s decision, as I only played with funds that I personally deposited.



Actions Taken:



1. Requested withdrawal on February 8, 2025.
2. Withdrawal denied due to “Mission Grand Duplicate.”
3. Contacted Bettinia support and filed a complaint – they refused to pay out my winnings.
4. No satisfactory resolution has been provided.
