Screenshots and Explanation Regarding BetLabel Case

As requested, I am attaching a PDF file with the relevant screenshots concerning my case with BetLabel. Below is a detailed explanation of each included image:

**Image 1 – Account details and total balance**
This image shows my profile on the BetLabel platform, where my total balance of approximately €7,600 is visible. Later, the betting site deducted around €6,000 from this amount (representing my winnings) and only allowed the withdrawal of the value corresponding to my deposits.

**Image 2 – Remaining balance and authorized withdrawal**
Here, the reduced account balance is shown after the deduction. This is the amount BetLabel allowed me to withdraw – corresponding only to my deposits, and excluding the winnings that were unfairly removed.

**Image 3 – Initial email and verification process**
This image refers to the email exchange with BetLabel when the issues began. The verification process started on April 8 and lasted until April 22, at which point I was informed that my account would be closed due to alleged duplication. In the same communication, they told me I would only be allowed to withdraw my deposit amounts.

**Image 4 – Email attempts to resolve the issue**
This image shows one of the last email exchanges I had with BetLabel, in which I kept trying to cooperate and clarify the situation. Their responses were always standardized, claiming they had already provided all the necessary information and refusing to present any proof of the duplication accusations. I have never received any concrete evidence to justify the withholding of my winnings.

First of all, I would like to thank you sincerely for the support and attention you have given to my case involving Betlabel. Your help in trying to mediate this situation means a lot to me.

I also want to update you on recent developments: after Betlabel responded publicly to one of my reviews on Trustpilot, expressing apparent openness to collaborate and review my case, I exchanged a few more messages with them over the past few days.

Unfortunately, that response appears to have been purely performative and misleading. Despite their public message suggesting cooperation, in private communications they continue to be non-transparent, refuse to provide any evidence of the accusations against me, and repeat the same vague responses without ever addressing the core issue. It seems this was just an attempt to protect their public image, rather than a genuine willingness to resolve the situation.

I will be forwarding you all of the recent conversations and responses from Betlabel, so you can review and assess the deceptive and uncooperative behavior they have continued to demonstrate.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for your effort, time, and support throughout this unfortunate experience with the betting site _Betlabel_, where I was wrongfully deprived of **€6,000**.

Betlabel’s behavior clearly reflects the bad faith of this operator. They refuse to cooperate, provide no evidence to support the accusations made against their own customers, and act in an entirely dishonest manner. As long as players are losing, everything is fine for them no issues are raised. But once we start winning and request withdrawals, problems begin. Sadly, this often ends in situations like mine: **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇**▇

It is deeply frustrating to realize that there are still active operators that use tactics to **block legitimate winnings** and keep customers’ funds without justification. This is exactly how so many betting companies thrive  players lose when they lose, and often **still lose when they win**, falling victim to dishonest and abusive practices like these.

I regret that institutions like yours  which play such an important role in mediating and defending players  unfortunately lack the legal power to take more direct action against such behavior. This case clearly shows how easy it is for a player to be exploited, with little real protection or access to justice.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact BetLabel to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally file a complaint against the online gambling platform Betlabel.com, which allegedly operates under a Curacao eGaming license.

I am a regular user of the site and have had no problems as long as I have lost money and made no significant withdrawals. However, when I submitted my first withdrawal request of €1,000, the platform initiated a lengthy verification process that lasted more than 15 days. I was asked to submit several documents, which I promptly provided on each occasion.

Finally, without providing any evidence, I was accused of having duplicate accounts, which I vehemently deny. I have always maintained only one personal account. Based on this unfounded accusation, the platform has blocked my account and withheld a total balance of R$7,600 without justification or evidence.

This conduct is unacceptable and appears to be part of a bad faith strategy to avoid paying users when they win.

I request immediate action from the competent authorities to:

Investigate the practices of this platform,

Ensure that I receive the full amount of my balance, and

Require that Betlabel.com provide clear evidence to support any allegations made.

I am willing to share screenshots, emails and other documents to support my complaint.
