Sadly there's nothing that we can do to assist you with this matter. If this was a widespread issue with BetPanda's technical system, a lot of accounts would be affected and we would be seeing a large number of similar claims. You complaint is currently the only one of this nature we are aware of, which means that if there was a hack it happened because the unauthorised party gained access to your login credentials, rather than due a technical failure on the part of the operator. That being the case, the operator are correct: you are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

Thank you for your reply. I would like to add important details that I believe require a review of my case.

This situation is not simply a matter of “account credentials being compromised.” I was contacted on both WhatsApp and Telegram by individuals using the casino’s exact name, logo, and profile picture, clearly impersonating the official brand. These accounts also had access to my personal details (username and contact method), which are only connected to my casino account.

The fact that these impersonators were able to target me directly with this level of personal information strongly suggests either:

- A possible phishing operation specifically targeting your customers using the brand’s official identity, or
- A potential data leak where personal information was accessed by unauthorized parties.

This is therefore not only a matter of “credential security” but a brand protection and customer safety issue. I believe such cases should be investigated seriously to protect other customers and to clarify how my information was obtained by these impersonators.

I am happy to provide screenshots of the WhatsApp and Telegram conversations showing the brand identity used, as well as evidence of the personal data that was in their possession.

Given this, I respectfully request that my case is reconsidered, taking into account the brand impersonation and possible misuse of personal data, and that the operator is asked to investigate this matter properly.

Whilst we're sorry to hear of your experience, the operator is no more responsible for the actions of a criminal third party than a bank would be if you gave out your bank details in a similar fashion.

You are entirely correct that the gambling operator should investigate who is behind this and take any available actions to disrupt this activity, but that would not in this case result in the operator having to accept liability for your losses, or result in you receiving a refund. As such this is not a situation where our intervention is appropriate.

I understand your position, but this is not a generic “third‑party scam.”

Right after the unauthorized withdrawals, I was contacted on WhatsApp and Telegram by accounts using Betpanda’s name, logo and verified status, and they messaged me to my personal phone number. That number is only linked to my Betpanda account. The scammers also referenced information from my casino chats.



This strongly indicates that my contact data and account information were obtained from the operator’s systems or from someone with access to them, not from me “sharing bank details.” That is a potential internal security breach, not customer negligence.



Given these facts, I ask you to reconsider intervention and request from the operator:



- an audit of access logs (IPs, devices, timestamps),
- the destination wallet addresses and AML checks,
- how my phone number and chat details could be accessed by those impersonators.





The operator should be held responsible to investigate properly and restore my funds.

We're sorry to hear you disagree with our conclusions, but the responsibility for you not giving out your account details to third parties is solely yours. An "internal security breach" that resulted in your contact data being accessed without authorisation is a serious issue, but a) it does not disavow you of the responsibility to keep your log in credentials secure and as such wouldn't make the operator responsible for the loss and b) would need to be managed by the relevant legal authority.

Even if you are correct, the issue that actually resulted in the loss of your funds is that you gave your credentials to a third party.

I want to make this very clear: I have never given my login details or password to any third party. What actually happened is that I was contacted through WhatsApp and Telegram by people using Betpanda’s name, logo and verified profiles, who tricked me into accessing fraudulent links. This is a case of identity theft and phishing under the casino’s brand, not me “sharing my credentials”.



It is extremely disappointing that instead of acknowledging the issue, both Betpanda and CasinoReviews simply blame the customer without any real investigation. If criminals can so easily impersonate your brand and steal funds from players, then the platform is not safe.



By repeating that I “gave my credentials”, you are misrepresenting what happened and ignoring the fraud. I will make sure this situation is made public so that other players are warned.

Found for the Operator - Whilst we're sympathetic to the player's situation, the operator are not responsible for their losses in this case.

On 11 August 2025, while playing on BetPanda Casino, I had a balance of approximately €1,000. Suddenly, my balance dropped to around €200 and within minutes three withdrawals were processed without my authorization.



Details of the unauthorized withdrawals:

This happened while I was logged in and saw my balance disappear in real time. I had already changed my password and enabled 2FA, and a few days earlier €10 had also disappeared without explanation.



I contacted BetPanda support immediately but was told they are “not responsible,” which is unacceptable for such a clear security breach.



I am requesting:



- A full investigation with IP logs, device IDs, and geolocation data of the withdrawals.
- A refund of the stolen €1,000 or equivalent in crypto.





I have full proof of my balance before and after, the Etherscan records of each transaction, and chat logs with BetPanda support.
