If you have share one or more IP addresses with your father's account without informing the operator in advance, you have breached this term.

Furthermore, the terms include:

If you have used a VPN whilst accessing your BetPlays account, this is a further violation of terms.

Given these breaches of terms, the operator are within their rights to close your account and consider all play on it void.

Hello, I contact you following my Betplays Casino Complaint.

I want to give you this information :

I will do my best with English, it's not my first language.

I'm from Canada. I opened an account with Betplays maybe 3 years ago. I don't have the exact date because I can't connect to my account to verify it. In my memory, I think it was 3 years ago. Maybe more, maybe less.

With my account, I placed bets on sports. I placed bets in the big leagues.

In April 2023, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, a customer representative told me to add it on whats app. He told me that he would be my contact if I needed help for something.

With time, he explained to me how the VIP program worked. It explains to me that to become a VIP I need to show loyalty, be active everyday et do wagers.

That's what I do. I placed bets on a daily basis. I won, I lost.

When my account was blocked, I had nearly 164 167$ in it.  164 167$ canadian dollars.

July 8 2024, I received an email saying that I have broken the Rules 3 and the Rules 9 of the General terms and conditions. They said to me that my account is suspended and no winnings will be paid.

I try to contact them but as you will see, they explain nothing to me and they do not give me information. I tried several times to contact them. I attach the emails.

I contacted ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ too. I attach the email with my conversation with him. On his side, he told me that he doesn't understand the rules yet doesn't understand why that happens.

For the Rule 3 Multi accounts : I have only one account. I never tried to open a second one. I always use the same account, my account. I remember, a day, maybe some months ago, a year ago, I helped my father to open his account at his home. Maybe I logged in with my account too at his home, I don't remember. For my father, maybe he deposits 30-50 in his account. A very small amount. I think he bet it, I don't know. I never use his account, I have mine.

I have never ever tried to open another account. Never.

For the Rule 9 Criminal activity, collusion and cheating : I absolutely dont know and don't understand why they are telling this. I try to get some information from them but they don't tell me anything. I'm an honest person who works hard in his life, 40 hours a week. I'm not a criminal. I have no collusion with anyone and any sports. I place bets on sports, on big leagues. I win and I lose. I don't cheat or do something that has an impact on the result. Absolutely not.

Maybe, sometimes, I have logged into my account with my VPN on switch ON but it's by accident if that came. I have some problems with my mobile phone, my VPN is sometimes active automatically without me selecting it. 99% percent of my log in was surely from Canada where I am.

I absolutely don't understand why they said that I broke Rule 3 or Rule 9. They don't give me information. Jonathan, the Betplays customer representative, doesn't give me information either.

I tried to give you all the information I have on my side.
