ii) We do no allow accusations of criminality without a court ruling.

iii) We only accept messages in English.

No. No one had told me about any restrictions before. On the contrary, they sent me letters with various promotions. They told me this after I won the tournament. All my accumulated points disappeared right away and the promotion to VIP status stopped
