If I remember right, then I finished playing the BTC deposit balance as requested. I didn't understand much anything about the reasons for the LTC and USDT and I still don't. My TRX address I think I verified after these messages. Finally, I requested all four withdrawals again.

Not quite correct. Yes, they have my deposited funds, of course, but I never tried to withdraw anything without playing. It seems I may have overlooked the minimum deposit turnover requirement on December 3. However, the emails are unclear about other than BTC account. The BTC withdrawal cancellation mentions the rollover requirement, but making a mistake in that shouldn't justify confiscating a player's balance in my opinion.

I think it's more reasonable to just notify the player about the wagering situation if the requirements aren't met. I can't say for certain if all my withdrawals met the 1x wagering requirement. But I would be surprised, if I wouldn't have played even that 1x deposit. It sounds weird to me. I would really like to have a look to my play history and verify. Could I still have access to that somehow?

My play has nothing to do with money laundering. If I happened to try to withdraw any balance without wagering, it would have been totally accidentally. I still even have my doubts if that really was the case.  I thought and still remember I played before the withdrawal request already. Many different cryptocurrency account at Bets.io may have confused the situation, but I can't say. I would need to know better and look into my play history. That aside, only suspecting money laundering shouldn't be a reason for claiming it actually is such. We need to remember, it's Bets.io who is taking action to actually confiscate my account balances. I only played at their site without breaching their terms even to my best understanding. Don't you find their action really harsh?

Once I receive my withdrawals, I'm totally ok to show that I will claim my gambling winnings in my taxation. I have played in many other online casinos too in 2024. If you make yourself look like you're engaged in illegal activity - every business has a legal responsibility to prevent their services being used to facilitate crime - it then becomes likely that you will then run into problems getting paid.

The problems you are experiencing here are directly tied to the activity patterns you have engaged. Offering to retroactively evidence that you're not engaged in criminal activity would not in any way address the situation. That would require the operator to break the law and process a transaction which they have grounds to believe may be used for crime.

And whether you find it polite or not, this is about legal responsibility. And the fact that your activity pattern bears multiple markers that are consistent with patterns engaged by criminals. That is not to say that you are a criminal. But it is stating that just based on the evidence we've seen, which is far from complete, there is reasonable grounds for the operator to view you as very high risk.

As stated previously, we will in this case discuss the matter with the operator. But we will not accept any future complaints from you that evidence similiar activity patterns.
