Whilst there is only partial account history for your account displayed, there is a clear ledger entry showing the €5000 withdrawal being cancelled and re-added to your account. And there is wagering activity after this.

If Live Chat agents have made errors in their communications with you, this would not lead to the conclusion that the displayed account history is incorrect.

We're going to ask a very straightforward question: did you play this balance down? If you did the account transaction history will show this and any ruling this service would make would reflect the transaction history.

3. WON €3,120 in a single game?

4. WON €2,850 in another game?

5. WON €5,100 in another game?



My visible transaction history shows withdrawals and wins totaling THOUSANDS OF EUROS on April 20th.



How can someone with 11.31 € balance withdraw 1,000 € and 5,000 €?

We did not ask whether you played after your withdrawal was cancelled. We asked whether you played the cancelled withdrawal down.

Your statement that you "cannot be properly answered because neither you nor I can verify what the actual balance was" is an over-extension of reality that would rely on you not having any recollection of playing away €5k. It's very unlikely that you wouldn't remember this. So we are asking you, did you play with and lose the balance you are contesting? If you did, the transaction history is going to show this and you would be asking us to invest time in your claim with the foreknowledge that we will not support you. So please take time and consider your answer carefully.

Your fundamental misunderstanding continues. You state the €5000 was "re-added to my account" - this is factually incorrect.



CRITICAL TIMING CLARIFICATION:



7:01 AM: €5000 withdrawal CANCELLED by Betzino



NO re-credit appears in transaction history after 7:01 AM



I continued playing THE NEXT DAY (sessions at 1:36 AM, 1:37 AM) with remaining balance from other sources



NOT with the cancelled €5000 which was never re-credited



Your question: "Did you play the disputed amount?"

My answer: IMPOSSIBLE - I played the next day with different money, not the cancelled withdrawal funds.



Challenge: Show me the exact transaction reference where €5000 was re-credited after 7:01 AM on the cancellation day. It doesn't exist.



Bottom line: Betzino owes me €5000 that should have been automatically re-credited but never was.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Betzino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Summary: Betzino cancelled my 5000 EUR withdrawal on April 20th claiming it was re-credited to my account when my balance was 11.31 EUR. However, their own chat support confirmed my actual balance was 3390.51 EUR at 6am and 4010.51 EUR at 8am the same day - a discrepancy of over 3000 EUR!
