Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Black Lion Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I deposited 200 euros on May 21st for a 100 percent bonus.

I received this bonus offer via email.



After I had fulfilled thr wager , I was able to request a withdrawal of 1690 euros.



on May 23rd I received this email:

We would like to inform you that your latest withdrawal has been declined. A review of your activity has found that your latest session does not qualify as recreational gameplay. Therefore, the following clause of our Bonus Terms has been applied:



1.11 Bonuses offered by Blacklioncasino.com are for genuine recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses offered will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock an account if bonus abuse is suspected. In case of abuse, all bonus and game activity as well as subsequent winnings will be forfeited and the deposit returned.



The bonus and bonus winnings have accordingly been removed, and your initial deposit of 200 EUR has been returned to your gaming balance.

The casino cancelled the payout and I got my deposit of 200 euros back.



I cannot agree with the casino's position.

I have adhered to all bonus conditions,

If the casino thinks I'm not a recreational player then they shouldn't send me any more bonus offers.

I consider it a fraud to cancel the payment of 1690 euros now.

I feel cheated and ask for help.
