i) This service has no formal relationship with, or regulator role over this operator. It is not within our power or authority to place a hold on the license or operation of this site.

ii) BlazeBoom is not licensed at all. They are not compliant with the basic requirements for either the UKGC or Curacao licenses that are shown in one of the screenshots you have provided.

Hi Rooster08,

Sadly your case fits a pattern that we've seen repeating regularly recently.

It IS standard for players to have to make a small deposit before they'll be able to make withdrawals to a payment method that they have not previously deposited with. However, recently we've been seeing unlicensed gambling operators, often falsely claiming licenses as BlazeBoom are doing, asking players to make large deposits ($100-$1000) to activate payment methods that they've previously deposited with. If the player does this, they then ask for another deposit as is happening with your case (verify your "account", now verify your "wallet").

Ultimately the players never get paid.

Whilst we will try to contact the operator on your behalf, we would recommend not making any further payments to this casino and preparing yourself for the likelihood that you will not be paid.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact BlazeBoom Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the online crypto casino operating under the name Blazeboom.com which I suspect to be engaging in fraudulent behavior and intentionally withholding my legitimately won funds under false pretenses.



 Details of the Incident:

Date of Incident: May 10, 2025

Total Winnings: USD $3261341.44

Promo Code Used: LUCKY25

Initial Deposit Made: Yes (for account verification)

Additional Deposit Requested:$200 (for alleged wallet verification)



Despite verifying my account via an initial deposit as instructed, the casino has now introduced a secondary "wallet verification" process requiring a further deposit of $200. This tactic appears designed to delay or prevent withdrawal of my legitimate winnings, using misleading language around security protocols, decentralization, and “Provably Fair” gaming.



I believe this constitutes a clear violation of fair gaming practices and likely breaches Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, particularly under the updated FATF guidelines (Nov 2023).



What I Am Requesting:



1. Immediate investigation into the business practices of Blazeboom.com

2. A hold placed on the platform’s license or operations until the matter is resolved.

3. Return of my full winnings and deposits.

4. Transparent communication from the casino regarding all relevant policies.



Please find attached screenshots and conversation transcripts (including from the live chat with a representative named ▇▇▇▇▇▇) that document the deceptive behavior and policy contradictions.



I respectfully request your urgent intervention and assistance in recovering my funds and preventing this platform from defrauding other players.
