Subject: Formal Complaint – Wrongful Confiscation of €5,306.43

Dear Complaints Department,

I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding the confiscation of my winnings totaling €5,306.43.

The facts are as follows:

I deposited €25.
I claimed the 350% Double Casino Bonus.
I completed the wagering requirements in full (102% completed).
After completion of the wagering, the promotion in my account was marked "Closed".
At that moment my balance was €6,558.93.
Your system then enforced the maximum winnings rule by deducting €6,483.93, leaving exactly €75.00, which corresponds to the maximum allowed winnings under your Terms & Conditions.

At that point, I accepted that the bonus cap had been applied.

Afterwards, I continued playing with the remaining €75.00, which was the balance left after your system had already enforced the bonus limit.

During this period, I submitted a €1,000 withdrawal request. Your system accepted this request and placed it in Pending.

This is a crucial point.

If my account had still been subject to bonus restrictions, your system should not have allowed a withdrawal request at all. The acceptance of my withdrawal request strongly indicates that the bonus had already ended and that I was playing with my remaining cash balance.

I then continued playing and increased my balance to €5,306.43.

Only afterwards did your Payments Department cancel my withdrawal and confiscate the remaining balance, claiming that the maximum winnings rule applied.

From my perspective, this means the maximum winnings limitation has been applied twice:

First when €6,483.93 was deducted and only €75 remained.
A second time after I had won additional funds using that €75 balance.

I request that you provide:

The exact clause in your Terms & Conditions that explicitly authorises confiscating winnings earned after the promotion was marked Closed.
A detailed calculation showing how my winnings were confiscated.
A complete transaction log for my account covering this period.
A review of my case by your Compliance Department rather than standard customer support.

If you cannot demonstrate a contractual basis for confiscating winnings earned after the bonus had already been closed and the maximum winnings rule had already been enforced, I request immediate payment of my outstanding balance of €5,306.43.

Should this complaint not be resolved satisfactorily, I will escalate the matter to your licensing authority and publish a documented complaint, including all screenshots and transaction history, on recognised casino dispute platforms.

I look forward to your response within 14 days.

Kind regards,

Hi Calimero777,

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operator’s ADR, EGIS-ADR.

Sorry we could not be of further help.

CasinoReviews.com Complaints Team

Hello.

I will try it.

Thanks anyways.
