Thank you, respected Casino Reviews portal, for trying to resolve my problem. Sir Or Madam, I always use my own UPI ID or internet banking ID to deposit money in the name of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Just on November 14th, 2023, I deposited money from my mother's account using UPI because my own bank server was slow and her mother uses a different bank server. Sir, I deposited Indian national rupees 5000 on November 14th, and after 15 days of playing and winning 47 thousand Indian rupees, I have received receipts. why they not confiscated before 1 December 2023. I have few more questions. When I deposit Indian rupees 5000 to my account, the amount was not credited to the Bluechip Wallet at that time. I contacted the customer chat team and shared the deposit in which my mother mentioned. Why should they approve the deposit and reject it at the same time and Why do they confiscate winnings even after 15 days after depositing? You can check the confiscation date against the deposit date. Although I have submitted an approval screenshot of the casino and have proof that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is my mother. If you want any other documents, I will share them. I even shared bank account statements where my name and mother's name are mentioned as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Due to a bank server issue, I used my mother's UPI to deposit. Otherwise, I used my own ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ upi to make all the past deposits. Also, sir, it's not the main issue of confiscation. The previous time I lost more than 1 lakh rupees in Indian rupees at this online casino. So they have not issued any notice that I won something they closed. Respected sir, you are my last hope. Sadly there's nothing that we can do to assist you in this circumstances. As the operator has already clearly explained to you, their terms of use include the following:

Where you have used a deposit method that belongs to someone other than yourself without receiving permission from the operator to do so beforehand, you have violated this term and the operator is within their rights to void play with said deposits.

Whilst we understand that you may have used this deposit method previously and lost, checks for compliance with terms and conditions are made at point of withdrawal, not point of deposit.

I have been connected with Bluechip since 2022 when they started their online betting gambling in India.I don't know the exact amount of all my deposits at Bluchip, but I deposited more than lakhs of rupees. I lose all my deposited money and I am always on the losing side of this platform.I never make any profit from this website.Experience a loss of more than a lakh Indian rupees.Now my highlighted point after reading these terms and conditionsis Bluchip's terms and conditions 5.1 and 5.1.8.
This rule states that you can't deposit or withdraw funds from another account except your own. It has been implemented since the casino started its work.But in the year 2022 and 2023, I deposited a several times from my brother's bank account using his UPI ID ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇why did Bluchip not block my account in 2022 as per Rule 5.1 and 5.1.8? If they strictly follow their rules since they started their online gambling website, then why did they ignore me in 2022 when I made several deposits from my brother's bank account? Why weren't they able to block my account and confiscate my deposit amounts in 2022? Where were their rules 5.1 and 5.1.8 at that time? Now I will give the answer that they haven't blocked my account and confiscated my deposit money in 2022 because whatever amount I deposited, I always lose.So they don't care about their own rules 5.1 and 5.1.8 in 2022 because they know I am losing money worth more than lakhs of Indian rupees. I am still playing for entertainment purposes, even though I may never earn anything.Since 2022, when bluchip launched in India, my deposit has consisted of using either my brother's UPI ID or my family's UPI ID, or sometimes with my own net banking ID, but when my net banking was slow or the server failed, I used my family member's UPI ID to deposit.In order to have my amount credited as soon as possible, I shared the deposit receipt on the online chat portal. They didn't say why you used your family member's UPI ID to deposit.Whenever I had to withdraw money, I had to use my own bank account named ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.In the same time frame, I withdraw the least amount that has been credited to my bank account with named ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.Like every other day and month, I deposited through my mother's UPI ID b on November 14, 2023 due to slow net banking and deposit Rupees 5000,I shared the receipt with your online customer service chat portal to request a credit for my amount as soon as possible since 2022 I did the same process.Due to the slowness of my Kotak Net banking, I always used my mother's UPI for various purposes, including shopping and other tasks.But when I earn something from your portal at present, I am not worried because I was in the past in a loss. It is just for entertainment purposes.You guys are asking me for another verification requirement, even though since Bluchip started in India and I created an account, I have already verified my account fully.You are starting harassing me because I have earned something from your portal.But when I was in a loss, you didn't need anything. What you asked me to share was the bank statement showing the deposit of bluchip deposit of November month. My 1st question is for you if you have issues with customers not depositing from family members UPI I'd If the customer server of Net banking is slow.Why did you accept the deposit since 2022 with other UPI ids? You have to restrict it to the deposit portal that you can’t accept deposits apart from other UPI IDs.

2nd question is why do Bluechip use different UPI IDs when taking deposits? Each time I deposit, I receive a different UPI ID and never see the name of Bluechip.

3rd question even though other betting portals don’t have any problems depositing from other UPIs, Even they, the transfer, the withdrawal amount without any issues.

4th question although I always use my own bank account to withdraw amounts from Blue Chip maximum time with the name ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.My deposit using my family member’s ID happened because of problems with my net banking server.Else I will do with my own Bank account UPI id

Therefore ,As per your November deposit statement, I am able to share my mother’s statement where Bluchip asked to credit on the account of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s name on November 14, 2023.I am capable of sharing my own bank statement, but the deposit for November did not occur from my account it was happened by mothers upi I’d like earlier days since 2022 because my net banking server was slow.Additionally, I will provide you with the deposit receipt, as well as my own bank statement and my mother’s bank statement.I am requesting that you refrain from harassing me as I am your oldest player and I have informed my most important college friends to join bluchip.Otherwise, we all have to stop playing in the blue chip and highlight the issue on every social media network platform. So, please refrain from harassing your old player.Look, when Beltway closed their company in India, they returned everyone’s money. This is how a good betting site should do.Please approve my withdrawal amount of Rs.46075 even though I have provided my own ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ bank account details for withdrawal.
