There is no communication they are copy pasting the same text 3 (files 1, 2, 3) times since the 10th of May. They keep suggesting my iban details are entered incorrectly when I am 1,000% sure they are correct (I am copy pasting them in myself). Please note that enquiries have been sent through their Support chat function as well but no response to those either (file 4). It just says message sent thanks for reaching out. No response of course. No attempt to help me understand what is happening. They should just be able to send the money back to my visa but they are acting weird.

Sorry but they are still messing me around. They asked for bank account details. I sent them. Then they asked for a maltese bank account. I sent them (on 25/06) the details plus a stamoed and signed bank statement and they have yet to send me the money.



Can you please chase them. This is crazy.

Both the submitting complainant and Boom Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Hey guys since 9th of May I have been waiting to receive my money from Boom Casino.

I deposited with my visa card and when I attempt to withdraw it only allows me to to do so using an IBAN. For some reason they do not offer a withdrawal back on my card. I have attempted two times (100% entering the IBAN details correctly) and they keep telling me only this: “We would like to inform you that the withdrawal has been failed. Please request a new withdrawal by entering all the details correctly.” Not offering any help or support whatsoever.

Can you please help me?
