Additionally, I would like to highlight that between March 24 and April 26, 2025, I deposited more than €40,000 into my account. This significant amount of money, deposited over a short period, is a clear symptom of problematic gambling behavior, which the operator should have detected and intervened upon, as part of their duty to protect vulnerable players

I recently contacted Boomerang Bet’s live support via their website and asked how they are supposed to act when a player admits to having a gambling addiction. Their representative clearly stated that accounts should be closed immediately and permanently in such cases. This confirms that the operator failed to act appropriately when I informed them of my addiction on April 19, 2025. I have screenshots of this conversation and am submitting them as further evidence of their breach of Responsible Gambling obligations.

As such, the chances of them deciding to take appropriate action in a case like this simply because we asked them to is vanishingly small.

Anjouan is a weak license, where the regulatory authority publish no license requirements and takes no interest in player complaints.

If player chooses to play with weakly licensed, or unlicensed, operator the protections they will offer against gambling addiction will be minimal. Our intervention won't change that.

On March 25, 2025, I contacted Boomerang Bet requesting the permanent closure of my account without mentioning gambling addiction. Later, on April 14, 2025, I requested the reopening of the account.



On April 19, 2025, I contacted the operator again to inform them of my gambling addiction and asked for assistance. In their response, they offered to close my account, but I declined at that time. Despite being made aware of my situation as a vulnerable player, the operator allowed me to continue making deposits and gambling until April 26, 2025, when they closed the account automatically.



During this period (from April 19 to April 26), I deposited funds and accumulated significant losses. According to international Responsible Gambling policies, operators have the duty to act preventively and protect the player, regardless of the player’s explicit consent at the time.



However, I do not have access to the full deposit history in my account, and therefore, I am unable to provide an exact total of my losses. I have requested this information from the casino but have not received any response. Due to this limitation, I am unable to confirm the precise amount, but I am confident that the amount is significant, given the frequency of my deposits during that period.



I have documentary evidence (emails and screenshots) confirming my notification of addiction and the operator’s lack of action.



Therefore, I request a refund of all deposits made between April 19 and April 26, 2025, when the account was eventually blocked by the operator, and I kindly ask that the casino provide the full deposit history to verify the total amount of my losses.
