They took my winnings and lied stating there was account which wasn’t true

Here is an email from one of the reps stating that there was another account which is not true because I only ever played on the one account. And I logged into the casino and they have taken and removed every transaction from my account so I’m unable to recall the exact amount that they removed from my account

Here is the proof but them saying there was two accounts which isn’t true because I only have one account and only played in one account

The operator is claiming that there is more than one account set-up at your address/IP address. This would be a clear violation of terms and conditions and, if true, would void any play you have engaged in.

We note that in your response you have asserted that your ex-husband has hacked your phone. For the purposes of managing this claim, that would be irrelevant. The security of your devices/network is your responsibility.

Before we go any further, every gambling operator maintains the functionality to record the IPs addresses of every account that access their service. If two accounts have been playing from your IP address, this will be clearly recorded and easily evidenced.

To my knowledge no and that isn’t fair to me because I do not have two accounts and I only have one acct. these casinos are real good at the scams they do just so they css as n steal peoples winnings and use it to their advantage

There is nothing unfair about it. The security of your device/networks are your responsibility, not the operator's. It's that straightforward. The operator are not responsible for preventing someone from accessing your device or wifi. Only you can do that. And if, as you've claimed, your ex-husband has done so, that's because you've not sufficiently secured your device/network.

Whilst we will contact the operator to request proof of their claim, we do need to be clear that if it comes back that they can show other accounts sharing your IP, there will be nothing we can do to help you.

When someone is accessing my device remotely is seriously out of my control and no I do not consent to sharing my information

When something is out of my control as to my device being accessed remotely is seriously unfair. And I was just also told from my phone company my phone number has been spoofed. It us also out of my control when it wasn’t done from my physical device

The security of your device is your responsibility. Someone is accessing your device remotely can only happen if you've allowed them access to your device in the first instance to set-up the necessary systems for remote access.

Sadly if you do not consent to us sharing your information, there is nothing we can do to assist you.

Yes i consent and when someone is accessing my device remotely is a problem and out of my control.

Just like when someone hacks a phone it is done without consent. I’ve reported the fraud and identity theft to the authorities

This casino took and removed my winnings a when I won on their site and did not allow me to withdraw and then lied stating hat there was another account with same address and what not which wasn’t true..( and now when I logged in the got rid of all my transactions so I couldn’t get the exact amount but the day this occurred was  may 7 2025 and had me my when able to resolve the issue
