Today, while playing the same game (Wild Drops), I again triggered Free Spins and fully cleared the grid during a Free Spin. This time, the game paid out correctly, applying the full 10x multiplier to all winnings from the grid-clearing Free Spin, exactly as stated in the published game rules.



I screen-recorded the entire gameplay sequence, clearly showing:

• The Free Spins feature active

• The grid being completely cleared during a Free Spin

• The 10x multiplier triggering

• The correct total payout being credited



This recording demonstrates that:



1. The game rules do, in fact, apply the 10x multiplier to all wins from the grid-clearing Free Spin, and
2. The previous disputed spin did not pay correctly, despite meeting the same triggering condition.





For clarity, the official Wild Drops rules state:



“If the grid is completely cleared of gems during FREE SPINS mode, the player will win a 10x multiplier on all wins during the FREE SPIN that cleared the grid (in addition to the 1x base multiplier).”

yes this issue has NOT been resolved. I’ve sent numerous emails to cafe casino and have provided proof but they refuse to acknowledge their mistake.

So if the grid is completely cleared during the free spins, the player is awarded a 10x multiplier on the win of THAT free spin.

The game records that you were provided show exactly this happening:

At 11:29:00 your second free spin paid $0.40.

At 11:30:41 your sixth free spin cleared the grid, paying a Base win of $2.44.
At 11:30:48 a bonus of 10x your sixth free spin Base win (10x2.44 = $24.40) was credited to your account.
At 11:31:03 your free spins continued.

Whilst we understand that it will be disappointing to only receive $24 when you were hoping for $240, the game in question has paid you out at the correct amount.

I am filing a formal complaint against Café Casino regarding an incorrect payout in the game Wild Drops during a Free Spins feature.

Round ID (per casino): 2992745490



Issue Summary:



I cleared the entire grid during Free Spins, which contractually triggers a 10x bonus multiplier according to the published game rules:



“If the grid is completely cleared of gems during FREE SPINS mode, the player will win a 10x multiplier on all wins during the FREE SPIN that cleared the grid (in addition to the 1x base multiplier).”



The casino credited me $24.40, but the 10x multiplier was not properly applied to the Free Spin as required.



Mathematical Proof of Underpayment:



The casino’s own transaction log shows:



• 08:30:41 AM — Won $2.44

• 08:30:48 AM — Won $24.40



This demonstrates:



1. The base win for the grid-clearing Free Spin was $2.44
2. $24.40 = 10 × $2.44, meaning only a single multiplier was applied
3. Under the game rules and the casino’s own explanation, the grid-clearing spin should have applied a separate 10x bonus to the base win and added it to the Free Spins total





Therefore, the correct payout should have been:



• Base win: $2.44

• Bonus win (10x): $24.40

• Total expected minimum payout: $26.84



However, the casino only credited $24. triggering no separate bonus credit at all, contradicting their own stated rules.



Additionally, the on-screen message displayed “10x $24.40,” which strongly implies a total win of $244.00, further confusing the payout logic and misleading the player.



Casino Response Issues:



The casino acknowledged the rule but failed to show how the bonus portion was added to my balance.



They also refused to provide raw gameplay logs or verifiable RNG records and instead supplied only a partial internal breakdown without transactional proof that the 10x bonus was actually credited.



What I Am Requesting:



1. Full application of the Free Spins 10x bonus multiplier
2. Credit of the missing bonus portion
3. Transparent payout calculation documentation
4. Confirmation that the displayed in-game win message was not misleading

• The casino’s written response

• The official game rules



This appears to be a failure to apply a guaranteed in-game bonus feature and a violation of fair gaming compliance standards.
