Firstly I need to make you aware that this group do not hold a UKGC license and are breaking UK law when they accept your play. You should only be playing with UK licensed operators!

Secondly, this group hold what we view as a very weak gambling license. They are not required to protect players in the same way as UK licensed operator are and will not offer the same tools and services to help vulnerable player.

Thirdly, this group are part of a group that are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site, so they are very unlikely to respond to this complaint.

Finally, here's what we can do to help - we are just setting up a free tool to help problem gamblers restrict themselves from accessing online gambling sites. The tool is still in its 'beta' testing version and we only have the Windows version live right now (but the others Mac/Linux/Android/iOS/Windows Mobile should be available in the next few weeks), but I have ensured that it can block all of the operators in this group. Hi. I have received a response f4om gam3tech group directly. Who have surprisingly offered me a refund of almost £300. Unfortunately though in the email I have received they have asked me to confirm I would be happy with that. And there are no contact details and replies to that email address are not possible. Would you be able to contact them on my behalf to accept this offer? Or provide me with the contact details in order to contact them?

Received today....Not sure what this contract is about


Dear [EDIT],

We have been contacted by the Casino, who have been contacted by the POGG.

We understand that there was some issue with you sending us a reply.
We also understand that you wish to agree to the settlement.

Therefore, as you can see we have forwarded  this mail to the Casino whereby you had the complaint and we will be forwarding you a contract to read and sign.

Once you have agreed to the contract, we will escalate the document to the relevant finance team at each Casino, so that they may refund as agreed.

We would be grateful if you could just respond to this mail and Casino1 will inform us that you have been in contact. We will then prepare the contract.

I have since received a contract where I basically have to agree not to play at any of their casinos ever again and that it is my responsibility to steer clear and they will not be held responsible in the future. Contract now signed and awaiting refund

I had already paid for a bet blocking app so I'm good for the next 2 months. Although I think I am self excluded from EVERY gambling site I can find. I've even signed up to sites just to self exclude. I will let you know when I receive the funds

I have received the 2 smaller refunds however am still waiting for the larger sum of €223. Apparantly this has been processed a week ago and should be with me

The player informs us that they've reached an acceptable settlement with Casino 1 Club and that they consider this issue resolved.

My complaint is more so aimed at the whole company. Game tech group. I self excluded from several casinos. Owned by this group and also asked that I was excluded from ALL of their casinos. I since have been hounded by promotional emails from casino 1 club. And other casinos owned by the group. I have been battling a severe addiction for quite some time and when doing well this group always fly at me with a new casino which leads me to give in to the temptation.i have always used the same username and email address at all casinos so they as a group are fully aware it is me. I find this irresponsible in every way
