There are two aspects to your claim.

The first aspect - that this operator prohibits players from France but still accepted you - is entirely legitimate. Having reviewed CasinoNight's registration form, they allow users to enter French addresses despite prohibiting players from France in their terms and conditions:

That's entrapment. They can't encourage players to break their terms.

However, the second aspect of your claim is that you and your wife both hold an account, which is a clear breach of terms and conditions. Unlike the first part, there was no entrapment in this case, just a simple failure to follow the rules agreed upon.

Given that there has been a clear breach of terms, even if we were to get the operator to set-aside the residency issue they would still have grounds for non-payment.

### 1. **Regarding French Players**:

I acknowledge that it is stated in CasinoNight's terms and conditions that French players are prohibited from accessing the site. However, I must emphasize that **CasinoNight has not implemented effective technical measures to prevent registrations from France**. I was able to create an account without any issue and make deposits without being informed that this would be a violation of their terms.

I was unaware of this restriction until I encountered the situation where my winnings were refused. I only discovered this restriction recently, after my withdrawal request of €7,000 was rejected, which prompted me to carefully read the terms and conditions. **Had I known from the start that French players were not allowed, I would never have registered**. I want to stress that I am a law-abiding person and would never intentionally seek to break the rules.

I find it **inconsistent** that CasinoNight allows French players to register without notifying them beforehand and then refers to this restriction to refuse winnings. This represents an **inconsistency in the site’s management**, and I believe it is reasonable to consider this situation as a contributing factor to my misunderstanding and the refusal of my winnings.

### 2. **Regarding Multiple Accounts**:

I would also like to clarify that **I do not have a duplicate account**. A friend introduced me to the site, but we **do not live at the same address**, and we **do not share any cohabitation or family ties**. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that there has been no violation of the terms and conditions on this matter.

I apologize for any confusion, as when I referred to my friend, I was talking about an **independent person**, who is also French and residing in France. Like me, he was able to create an account, play, and make deposits, without any issue with his account validation by CasinoNight. I understand how this might have caused confusion, but there has been **no attempt to circumvent the rules** on either my part or his.

I recognize that I misinterpreted certain parts of the terms and conditions regarding multiple accounts for the same household, but upon reviewing the terms after the situation arose, I realize that this is not an issue of multiple accounts for the same household.

### 3. **Request for Regularization of Winnings**:

I appreciate that part of my winnings (€2,500) has been validated, which already exceeds the €1,200 mentioned in the terms and conditions. However, I would like the **full amount of my winnings** to be regularized as it should be. This situation seems to stem largely from **inconsistencies in the management of French players on the site** and from information that was not clearly communicated at the time of registration.

I remain open to an **amicable solution**, such as implementing **wagering requirements** on the remaining balance of my winnings, if that could be an acceptable solution for both parties.

I am submitting this complaint against CasinoNight.com. I am a resident of France, and according to their own Terms & Conditions (Article 3.6), French players are prohibited from playing or depositing. Despite this, the casino allowed me to register, deposit money, and play without any restriction.

I deposited funds and eventually won approximately €7,000. The casino has now refused to pay the full amount, limiting my withdrawal to €2,500, arguing that the rest came from a free bonus of €300. However, I had also cancelled previous withdrawals from real money (on July 31st), before using the bonus.

Moreover, my partner also has an account and deposited from the same household, which violates their T&C Article 13.6 (only one account per household/IP/payment method is allowed).

The casino refuses to offer any impartial mediation and only refers me to an internal VIP advisor.

I am requesting:
- Full payment of my winnings (€7,000), OR
- A full refund of all deposits made from both accounts.
