Mein Konto wurde plötzlich gesperrt, ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen und erhalte weder E-Mails noch Antworten vom Support. Mein Guthaben von 1650–1700 € wurde mir nicht ausgezahlt, obwohl mein KYC-Prozess erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde und ich in der Vergangenheit immer problemlos Geld abheben konnte. Trotz mehrerer Versuche, den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren, habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Ich fordere die sofortige Auszahlung meines Guthabens und eine klare Erklärung für die Kontosperrung.
