i have forwarded the only email i have had, i find it strange that i have a cash only balance but if i withdraw some and not all of it then it will be considered bonus funds?

Resolved – Clubhouse Casino has informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

A couple of months ago I had a gamble with Clubhouse Casino. I gambled for hours and hours. The casino adjusted my balance and claimed i wasnt allowed to withdraw bonus funds. This was not the case at all. I lost all my money including bonus funds. I then deposited more money and continued to gamble. I hit a big and still continued to gamble for over an hour then withdrew my money and they adjusted my balance??? I cannot provide anything more as it is not reflected in the transaction history on my account although i am still able to log in. I made a withdrawal of 2000 which was adjusted to 1200 and rest of the balance wiped.

Clubhouse Casino - adjusted my balance for no reason
